I went in for a colour & treatment yesterday and the service was amazing! The salon is very clean and has a luxurious feel to it & the staff was incredibly nice. I loved how my hair colour turned out and I will definitely be back :)

Got a silk press done on Friday by Kurt, for a wedding I was attending on Saturday.. well it’s Monday and my hair stills looks and feels as great as it did when I left the Salon on Friday. With Kurt’s great guidance on how maintain my hair and the great hair experience I had at the salon. I will definitely be coming back for more appointments.Also got my first cut in almost twenty years and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair looks and feels.

If you’re in the least bit hesitant to book an appointment, please let this post be the reason you go for it. The level of professionalism and care I experienced is unmatched. Nicky is incredibly knowledgeable. She assessed my hair and gave me a quick lesson on what my hair needs and the result is amazing. Her assistant (sorry I didn’t get your name) is so gentle and patient when washing and detangling my hair. I also love that they tell you step by step what will happen next. Keep up the great work ladies!

JouJou Hair Studio operates with such professionalism. They are always on time with my appointments. From the moment you enter the door you are greeted with a smile, they even take you coat and hang it up for you, what a welcome! I witnessed something yesterday while I was getting my hair done, that touched my heart, another customer who had just finished having her hair done saw the beautiful results and started crying because she was very pleased with what she saw and she said It's been a long time since she had taken the time to treat herself." I've been stressing about my hair after a few failed styles and experiences. Decided to take a chance on JouJou after following their IG for a long time. Stylist Tianna and her assistant (so sorry I cannot remember her name), got me all the way together with a moisturizing shampoo, steam treatment and curl activation. Tianna used Up North Naturals products to get my curls right and damm ... she did good! My hair was exceptionally soft, defined and frizz free. I will be back!

First impressions are EVERYTHING! And impress they did, the facility was clean, the environment is warm and inviting. My stylist was on time, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was educated about my hair, what I should and should not use. I had an amazing experience and this will not be my last time here I enjoyed getting to know more about da kinks in my hair.

Joujou Hair Studio is top tier. I wouldn’t go to any other salon in Toronto!!! I had Kadijah as my stylist and she did an excellent job. She taught me about my hair and advised on how I could take care of my hair afterwards. The entire staff was just as amazing. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with friendly faces. If you’re looking for a great experience AND great hair care, I would highly recommend booking an appointment if you haven’t already.

Hello, this review is not for the entire salon. The stylists were awesome. This review is for the receptionist Trishtin in regards to her rude behaviour (in my opinion, that is a zero star). She was rude and lacks people skills and is not a good representation for this business. I travelled for 1 hour to this salon for my daughter to get her hair done, only to be told Im not allowed inside and had to leave. I waited for almost 3 hours in the rain. Please note, there was only one other customer and 3 staff in the salon during this time. First impressions are lasting and I was not impressed with her attitude

I have been transitioning from relaxing my hair and getting regular hair treatments and protective weave styles by Nikki. In only a few months, I am seeing great results - new growth and less breakage. Highly recommended!
