Woof N Cuts

There is no other place I would take my dogs! My mom started taking our dog Bentley to Danielle about 9years ago, and when she passed 4years ago I continued to bring him there (even though it’s 45minutes away). they’ve always done a great job with his grooming but beyond that, they make him feel at home and comfortable. Bentley has severe anxiety and has a hard time leaving me but is always happy when I drop him off to Danielle. He loves her so much, there is no way I could ever take her away from him. She has also helped me through my hardest times and would recommend her and her wonderful staff to anyone who needs a loving groomer.

My family and I have been clients for over 12 years with the company, so far back when they had a little shack in Nobleton. It is highly disappointing to say that we are so fed up with Danielles attitude and not being so accommodating. The company had changed my dogs appointment without approval. I had known this because they always call 2 days prior to the appointment and I had been pre-booking recently due to them being so busy. I didn’t received a call when my dogs appointment was less than 24 hours away so I followed up to find out they had decided that because I rescheduled his appointment last month due to inclement weather to push the next appointment (without letting us know) because he comes in every “6 weeks”. I ensured the staff to leave his appointment for the next month, even though we rescheduled the previous one but they decided to change it anyways for whatever reason. My family and I are very disappointed and to be quit honest we’ve been sick of Danielle’s attitude for a long time but decided to deal with it because we had been loyal to the company for so long, but unfortunately due to their lack of unprofessionalism we are fed up.

I appreciate that this dog grooming shop helps me understand how often my dogs need to be groomed and be on a proper schedule. Thank you for accommodating the various “rescue” issues my dogs have and present to you! Truly you are a caring and responsible business. Always a great job and my little dogs are always comfortable - this makes me comfortable as well.

Extremely disappointed. Went from having an appointment to an appointment being canceled just like that. I understand there was a family emergency but there should have been someone on call for backup especially during this time with covid-19. Appointments are unavailable as is. It's sad because they came highly recommended. this is why people stick to places like PetSmart because you can always have a guarantee of a backup.

We love taking Peanut to Woof N Cuts. She is so excited when she gets there, which is so reassuring to know that I left her in such good hands. Danielle and her staff are always so helpful and sweet to my girl. We love her grooming techniques and i completely trust them. Peanut always is so pretty every time i pick her up. I can't wait for her next appointment.

Very disappointed took are puppy there and told us to take him to training . Did an awful job. Only know how to shave a Bouvier and not cut. Singed Bailey and Benny. Could could of made alot of money if us.

Went here for almost 10 years, until they decided to charge a penalty fee for a missed appointment and lie to my wife about why the bill was $135, for a job that took less than two hours, stating that their rates went up! Called and sent a text for an explanation, no response. Now that's customer service for you. Needless to say, we won't be back.

I have been taking my Dutch Shepherd Baily to Danielle and Lynn since she was a puppy. They are the only groomers she has ever been to or ever will be. Woof N Cuts is A1 in our books.

I have been bringing my 4 dogs here for the past 6 years. They are doodle mixes that require consistent grooming every 6 weeks or so. One of my dogs is a rescue who wouldn’t let anyone near him for a very long time. Danielle and Kat are amazing with him!I can’t say enough nice things about Woof ‘n Cuts! Very professional, fabulous cut (and they listen and DO exactly what you ask!), the price is reasonable and they go out of their way to try and accommodate all 4 dogs on the same day!During this pandemic I am appreciating them even more! My dogs miss them terribly and so do I! (My dogs aren’t very happy with my grooming skills)Best groomer we’ve ever had!

The service was fantastic!! Not only was Lynne so knowledgeable but she asked so many questions about what my guys likes and dislikes. I felt at ease for my first visit here. And the grooming was the best he's had in a long time. Thank you.
