We came across an advertisement for Sanitec and I called to inquire on whole home exterior pressure washing and window cleaning. Hugo arrived within an hour of my call to quote the job and was able to get his team on site within days. The siding was very dirty and algae covered. I regret not taking before photos because the house has not looked this clean since day 1! They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Hugo and his team!!

We had decided to use Sanitec to clean our home windows because of a promotion they were running. The promotion was for anywhere from 19 to 26 windows for $100. After going through the house and counting up the total number of windows I had 23 windows, which fell within their promotion range. The second tier of their promotion was anything from 35 to 50 windows would be $150.In all of their ad copy for the promotion it stated windows" and if you were to go to Home Depot today and purchase a "window" I'm sure that you would expect to get a full "window" that would most likely match what would be in your imagination when you think of what a window looks like.The problem I have is that the promotion is a BAIT and SWITCH scam in the way that when they showed up and they counted my windows they came up with a total of 51 windows! That is because they calculate a window by the total number of panes in that window. So your standard window

We had Sanitec power wash our home recently.They did an excellent job. Hugo and his team are amazing. They just completed two projects- cedar fence cleaning and staining and a complete resurfacing of our concrete pool deck.
