Terrible customer service. Suppose to quote on our roof. After 3 weeks of not hearing from John. I asked if they were able to quote sometime soon & he responded that he will no longer be able to quote on our roof. No explanation. Thanks for wasting my time.

There is absolutely zero warranty. Once you pay them you are on your own. They do not stand behind their product or installation. I had a leak and a faulty downspout elbow and they refused to fix it. My emails and phone calls to John were ignored. They claim there is a 25 year warranty but there is no after sales service whatsoever. Buyer beware. I would not recommend.

Highly recommended: From the point of contact to the transparent quotation process, John and his team were on point. The final product and installation process exceeded my expectations. Site was kept clean and boom swept after the project was complete. True North Eavestroughing will definitly remain in my contact list for future projects.

I would echo the comments regarding no after installation service or warranty. I have been waiting almost two years now to address the problem and have been completely ignored. Not even the professional courtesy to respond to e mail requests or follow up on the problem. Have never experienced this with other products I have purchased. Buyer Beware!

I was extremely pleased with the outstanding job that True North Eavestroughing/PMT did. Philip was extremely professional and always got right back to me when I texted him with questions. They were reliable, getting the job done quickly and efficiently in only a few hours and they cleaned up the area really well. My eaves and downspouts have never looked better!

We just had 100% of our eaves replaced by John and his team.Not only does it look great but they provided excellent advice in terms of optimal drainage on our property in order to protect our home.During the crazy July port perry typhoon rains we experienced, we watched the new work from True North perform flawlessly.The team is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasent. Highly recommend.

I found True North Eavestroughing to be professional, diligent. They were prompt, cleaned up all removed product, installed new troughs and downspouts in one day. when they left our property it was left in a spotless state. I would highly recommend them.
