This is (mostly) to balance out from the previous review giving a 1-star for potentially poor driving. Google Businesses are meant to be rated on their overall service(s), not a simple aspect like driving, which let's face it, it probably wasn't even that poor. Nicole seems like the type to prepare a Greek salad while driving, so who are you to judge? In the future Nicole, take the extra 2 seconds to directly reach out to a company to discuss a potentially dangerous driving issue (or similar), rather than trying to publicly tarnish a reputation.WITH THAT BEING SAID, my multiple interactions with Tecnet and their employees have been nothing short of exceptional. Keep up the good work.

Found them back in October because my new Lenovo laptop’s motherboard gave out (within the warranty period).After dropping off my laptop, they reached out to me with updates and timelines, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and were very proactive in ordering parts. Front staff member was really friendly! They had my laptop ready within a day of the parts arriving. Amazing service, and I’d highly recommend them!
