The usual place to buy, at cost effective rates smallnitems of daily and general use.Within Price range from 1 to 5 dollars, you get lot many items of use. Quitybis commensurate with the price but nevertheless very useful shopping option. At times you get some good options.

bough múltiple ítem, not enough space on the side tray, I had a groceries bag on my puse and decided to use it , the machine kept asking if we have added a bag , a cashier came twice and cancel it when she saw it was our bag , of course the machine asked again couple more times, another cashier came to help , we explained the situation , her reply was MAKE SURE ALL THE ITEMS ARE SCANED AND PUT IN TO THE BAG " are you serious???? everyone is treated like Thief now days with these machines and the horrible customer service. If someone wants to take something I doub very much that they will call for help ."

Had to call for assistance 4 times at the SCO and the ladies just said make sure you put everything in the bag"

I was totally disappointed by customer service of the 2 ladies today 15 th June when store was closing. My kid bought play dough and it was out of package and when I asked that can I go replace it, one bluntly said no, then I asked if you or someone working here can go get it, the other said no we can’t we are closed. I have never experienced such rude behaviour in any of the stores. These 2 ladies are definitely ruining the dollarama reputation

We all love Dollarama but plz do check your receipt or transaction. I was charge twice this morning for small amount 22.60.Here is what happenedCashier told me 1st transaction did not go through. I didn't see any message on his machine. So i tried again with apply pay for same card. This time i saw the message decline. Even though i have more then enough money on my account. There was big line up so i pay using another card. Cashier give me receipt (one long receipt ) showing all there transactions. Again my mistake i didn't check receipt. Receipt clearly shows 1st transactions was approved 2nd one decline and 3rd one using different card also approved. So i called my bank to verify they also mention same. So i went to the store and show them the receipt but they told me that one of them will be automatically reverse to my accounts. i am like receipt clearly shows double charge why can't you reverse one of the right way. Supervises and store manger both told me as per store policy they can't do anything at store level and request me to go back to the store after 48 hour's with the receipt that i have then they will take action. What kind of customer service .. they can't even honor there own receipt. I show supervisor my bank transactions for the same amount twice. Still she can't do anything...Let see what happen after 48 hours ... very bad experience
