I recently visited Trust Hearing Clinic for an ear cleaning and I have to say that I was impressed with the service provided by Justin. The clinic is professional and well-maintained, and he was friendly and welcoming.I was seen by Justin, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process of the cleaning and assured me that it would be a quick and painless process. He was very gentle and considerate of my comfort throughout the entire procedure.The ear cleaning itself was done efficiently and effectively. Justin was able to remove any excess wax that was blocking my ear canal, and I felt a significant improvement in my hearing. He also provided me with tips on how to properly care for my ears in the future.The service I received at Trust Hearing Clinic was top-notch, and I would highly recommend the clinic and Justin to anyone in need of an ear cleaning. He is professional and knowledgeable, and I felt like I was in good hands. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome experience! Exceptional service!Before to visit the place, I have checked the Google reviews.5 stars from 83 reviews. The best in Waterloo Region. Next one was 5 stars from 54.So, I walked in confident that I am going to have a good experience. It was much, much more than that. It was above and beyond. I understood for what all those 5 stars was given.Justin, the audiologist, such a special person. You won't see this kind of kindness and professionalism, probably ones in a lifetime. I don't have enough words to express myself.The way he took care of my problem, explaining everything, making sure I got all the details what I would need to know... Impressive. After 1 hour and 30 minutes (I didn't even realize when that past) I step out so clear with what I have to do, with so much satisfaction... After many years of issues with my ears somebody was able to explain me.... wow... and in the top of that I was not even charged...I very, very highly recommend this clinic.

My mother recently got some hearing aids from Trust Hearing and Justin is truly the best. He took the time to explain to me what was happening with my mom's ears, and how the devices work. He is incredibly patient with her and teaches her how to clean and use them. He is also kind enough to ensure she has a safe ride home after every visit as I live out of town in Toronto. He always emails me updates on how her appointments went (with her consent) as she struggles to relay information and can often forget things. :)

I needed to have my hearing tested, and found Trusted Hearing Clinic had the best reviews. Justin, the owner answered all of my questions. Justin is patient and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Justin for all your hearing needs. Looking forward to having custom ear plugs made for my motorcycle riding.

I am so very grateful that I did. Justin, the owner carefully listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions professionally and kindly. I can honestly say that they went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the right answers and the right follow-up support based on my issue.Although I hadn't initially scheduled for it, we quickly determined that a full hearing test was an important course of action.
