True Steel Security

We recently had security cameras installed in our office, from first contact, to install to follow up, Rolly was amazing and continues to be amazing checking in to make sure we are happy with our product! I would 100% recommend Rolly and True Steel Security to anyone!

Unfortunately, some of True Steel's business is now being taken care of by Telus. I only found this out when I called the data entry department today. They told me that customers now have to call Telus instead of True Steel when changes to call lists, etc. need to be made. I did not receive any correspondence informing me of any changes that were occurring. I spent about an hour today on the phone with Telus (called four times) and nobody knew ANYTHING about True Steel. Also, I guess when calling in the future, customers will have to wait longer instead of talking to someone fairly quickly. I am not impressed at all! Another example of a local business falling to a large corporation...sad!

An excellent security company to deal with . From the initial call to the office , to the project administer and then the installer , all were professional and reliable in their workings with us . Modern technology and fair pricing makes our system ahead of the pack . Would recommend this business to anyone looking to secure their property .

Dealing with Kevin and Alessandra is a five star rating by itself. Kevin and the True Steel team provided my family with the video and alarm system I was looking for. I went into True Steel at Northern Communications to pick up a new battery for my home monitoring system. The reception supervisor Cassie not only provided the battery but explained how to install the battery and even provided me with a Youtube address so I could watch a video on how to change it. The offer of help was not expected and went above and beyond what I expected. A great Reception!

As a long-term customer, True Steel has always been professional and reliable, in the background of our lives. Over the last week, we ran into some minor technical issues with our aging system. True Steel was with us all the way, from detection and diagnosis by the monitoring station through parts and repairs. Very impressed with their pro-active approach, professionalism and courtesy. They showed themselves willing and ready to go above and beyond.

The installers were friendly and top notch. They knew exactly what they needed to do and how to do it. They had received some incorrect parts and were kind enough to wait until the correct parts were shipped out and they still had the job complete within the expected time frame. All the staff at the office are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Love working with this company.
