I love affinity credit union and the staff are very professional and polite.

Incredibly disappointed with this credit union. Dealt with branch manager Karen and if you have any form of emergency do not except any help from her. She will refuse to move on their stance of only one skip payment and only offer you a higher payment to catch up. I went with this credit union over a bank as I was tired of dealing with big banks but I feel like I would of been treated far better at at larger banks.

Great time with the staffs.

Worst costumer service ever, I called last week to ask if they could set up my account, they said yes. I booked an appointment for Saturday, filled out a ton of paperwork, they were supposed to call me back on Tuesday to confirm everything was set up. I had to call, then go to the location, I was then told they could not set up the account. Thanks for wasting a huge amount of my time.

Bunch of crooks that they partner up with car dealerships to get you on car deal with the highest interest rate possible. Even if the car is totalled and it is not your fault in a crash, they will still leach you money. So you are in the worst of both worlds. You are still paying for a car that no longer exists and is totalled. Bunch of leaches that is.

An excellent Credit Union. I switched my elderly father over in the fall from his Credit Union in Calgary to Affinity. There were a few a hiccups. All in all we appreciate the service and expertise

I went to get a line of credit for my business. The lady that has taken care of my needs in the past had an appointment with me and then told me she was going on holidays so no to be delayed she put me in touch with another woman. All my info was given to her. I was in contact with her and she asked for more info which I dropped off that same day. I called a week later. 3 times in one day with no return calls. She finally called me and ssked me to drop off info that she already had. It then went back to the 1st lady I was in contact with and then sent to a 3rd lady at a different branch. Yes it was a bit delayed when to my surprise my company name had expired. That was rectified in a couple days. All in all a frustrating experience.
