Servus Credit Union - Sunridge

This is the worst bank I've ever seen. I was in this branch for 20 minutes, and in that entire time only one other customer came into the branch. I told the teller I wanted to open a new chequing account. Apparently this is a rare occurrence because the teller seemed shocked I wanted to open an account. The teller was incredibly rude acting as if opening a new account would be a massive inconvenience for her. I was told to wait for the FA who was an obese man browsing the internet on his computer. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked out and opened an account at RBC instead. I was the only customer in the entire branch, how am I not a priority? Pathetic customer service.

On May 1 2019, I entered the store and got assisted by a Caucasian teller who was speaking to an east indian lady. I was helped by the white lady and she helped cancel my my debit card and provided the number to cancel my credit card. I waited on the inside calling the number the white lady provided when the east indian associate WHO WAS SPEAKING to the white teller came up to me asking why I was waiting in their building. HOW STUPID IS THIS? YOU saw me being helped and now your acting like I am loitering in the building. It was cold and I waited 30 minutes on hold to cancel my credit card. How can SERVUS hire such an individual? YOU should not discriminate against your members! I have been banking with YOU for 6 years. If this was my main location, I would have cancelled my account. I am not homeless or loitering! Treat your members better. Need proof Servus? check your video surveillance May 1, 2019 between 9-10am MST.

Its a great branch, the staff really pays attention to finding right solutions for your financial needs. If you ever come across a line up, they are making sure your concerns are heard and taken care of.

Really satisfied with them managing to squeeze me in for something which should have required an appointment but which I did not think to make.

Went in to get some assistance with a wire transfer. The bank teller was extremely rude and unhelpful. I left without my transfer completed and upset at how poorly I was treated. Would recommend going to any other servus credit in the city

Servus has done nothing but drop the ball on quality of customer service. Trying to get them to assist in anything has been nothing but an expensive hassle, they have definitely lost my business after 15 years.

I had a wonderful experience here they were very polite had a wonderful teller and the experience was second too non very friendly and professional would highly recommend to anyone

They never call back or answer, i had to call my old branch in Lethbridge to get through to them and they left a message with the BRANCH MANAGER and still nothing. I am honestly debating switching banks and I've been with them for years.

Wonderful Branch, with wonderful staff who provide excellent service from start to finish.The tellers at the front are always so positive and appear to really enjoy their work and workplace! You are always treated like a person, not just a nameless customer.Highly recommend!

This is where accounts come to die. I have had to consistently fight to receive any kind of communication from the staff here regarding my accounts and mortgage. You really have to work for them, for them to take your money. They have gone into my account without notifying me, and left it in a negative balance to rectify their mistakes. Now I find out two weeks before my mortgage is due for renewal, that the woman responsible no longer works there, and nobody has contacted me. Maybe they were hoping it would just roll over and continue at 5+% instead of the 1.94% I was promised?? I have taken my business somewhere else, and I would suggest you do the same.
