The folks at Ben’s Appliances continue to impress me with their outstanding customer service. A few months ago, after reading great reviews and then getting a glowing personal recommendation from a very good friend, I bought a new dishwasher from Ben’s Appliances. It was delivered on time, as promised.Unfortunately, that specific dishwasher developed an issue, which required me to contact the manufacturer. When I was not able to get the issue resolved with the manufacturer to my satisfaction, I went back to Matt of Ben’s Appliances. It did not take him long to help resolve that situation in a way that was completely acceptable to me. At all times, I was treated with great respect by Matt. I am very pleased that he put a high priority on my satisfaction as a customer. As a result, I am once again a happy customer of Ben’s Appliances.

Matt and Kevin were both fantastic! Matt was accommodating and great in his product knowledge. This was the easiest and fastest transaction that I have ever had and I would not it any other way. Kevin was amazing at maneuvering our old and new appliances in and out of tight spaces. There was not one scratch on the wall!Both Matt and Kevin were professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for appliances and would absolutely be going back to them in the future.

Matt, at Ben’s Appliance, is absolutely amazing! After several conversations over the phone and text I made the decision to stop in and look at their stock even though the a traeger model I was hoping to buy wasn’t in stock and was unable to come in during my time in the area. I stopped in to see what was available and Matt went above and beyond to answer my questions and even helped me choose a model they had in stock that exceeded my expectations both for quality and cost! I would whole heartedly recommend Ben’s appliance and will be back to do business with them in the future! Great shop, great products, and even better service!Thanks Matt!!
