I’ve been trying not to post this as a Google review but given I haven’t received a reply from anyone higher I am now…I received awful customer service at the Devonshire mall store locationI Called the store manager , noir , the following day to address it,Still have yet to speak to someone higher about it and was pretty much just shrugged offI went august 17 around 7:25-30 to look for an outfitI found a few dresses I wanted to try on, after having my son through Covid I can’t buy clothes anymore without trying them on, no one greeted us when we walked in, or even acknowledged us, I found the fitting rooms, they weren’t closed and there was no sign that they wereI hung up my articles and was about to close the door when the employee half came in the room saying she was closing back here…. She asked if I had tried on the items yet and I said not yet but was about too, she replied with that she was closing back there and asked if I wanted to try them on… so I said I did want to try them which she then replied she was still closing the fitting rooms… wouldn’t let me try them… the way she handled that situation was awful, I have been working in retail for years, there was no communication that they were closing them ,She pretty much pushed me out the store… I would of been fine if she has notified me the fitting rooms closed at 7:30 but she didn’t mention that at all, just that she was closing it right then… Proper store training and customer friendliness should be trained and communication to customers… I was wanting to buy a few items as well

If I could give this company zero stars I would for terrible customer service and not caring about their staff not being trained on their company policies. I bought clothes online that did not fit, before mailing them to return them, I went in store to see if I could find my size. The store only had smalls and mediums in the items I wanted. The staff told me I could return them with them. I stated that I would mail them because then I could see if they have my size online. The staff said, I could use the gift card online (which I was sure I read was not the case but I would HOPE their staff knew better than me). I returned them, and as I was leaving ask the other person working if this was correct information, she said yes. Went home, find the sizes I wanted for the items I wanted and NOPE it does not work. I messaged the customer service on June 27th and did not hear back until July 16th, in between this I went to a store in a different City and the staff there seemed more concerned about the wrong that happened here than the companies customer service. The other store informed me that they were getting a new shippment so the clothes they had were limited sizes. Customer Service answered back to my email from July 16 on July 19th, where I asked for a head office number so I could speak to someone. NO REPLY. I have called the number above and left messages for someone to call me and no one has. I messaged on Facebook and instead of asking my concerns, customer service jumped to tell me they can't do anything. In conclusion, this company has the worst customer service, their staff is not trained properly and the company doesn't seem to care to hear for customers. Be careful when returning items or have complaints because that is when the company seems to stop caring.

i was at this store on boxing day which is on the women's clothing side located at Devonshire mall in Windsor Ontario if i could give zero- to this company i would just because of the customer service i received!! i have never experienced this kind of treatment in my life in Canada it was almost attacking i was about to call a police but the mall was about to close the 3 teenager girls work over their are friends while you having a conversion with one the other one will answer and arguing with loudness i can definitely see something wrong with the management also people were waiting on line to pay for their staff included my self but they did not even care they were attacking and disrespecting the other employee just because she is black??? i heard horrible words coming out from their month which they did to me (proof!!)come on this is Canada!!

I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes so I could do an exchange from my online order and there was no staff in site so I had to walk around to the other side of the store at the front to get a staff member to come do the exchange for me. I got the money put on a gift card and then was going to look around and buy stuff but she went back to the other side of the store to talk to her fellow employee again so I just left.

This is one of our favourites places. Their customer skills are very impressive. And, shop is clean and well organized.

I have shopped in here a few times, as I do like the clothes. The customer service is terrible. I went in the other day as I saw they had sale pricing on their sweaters and other items. I found a sweater I liked and no one was in site for the fitting rooms to be unlocked. I walked around the whole store and nobody. I almost left until I saw a young girl hunched over by one of the front displays texting. She looked up at me but no acknowledgement. She then walked to the cash register so now I knew she did in fact worked there. I asked her if I could try it on and she huffed and was annoyed I interrupted her texting. It's like this almost every time I go into the store. I'm guessing the manager does not care at all and it shows on their employees. I have worked in retail for years and know this is not what customer service is about. I usually never complain but I couldn't believe the attitude from the employee. The store wasn't busy either. I was literally the only one in there...

The other day I was in the Windsor store at devonshire mall to exchange something. On approaching the counter the three young ladies were to busy checking out photos on their phone to help me. When someone finally helped me she was not very helpful or friendly. I also had a concern regarding a coat I purchased because it had a bad a bad smell to it. Her reply was nobody complained and maybe if I washed it that would help. That was all she said and pushed the receipts at me. That is not customer service. I was very angry that no concern or any effort was made to acknowledge my concerns. This needs to be addressed. This happened Thursday November 24th at 5:27. Sales person(nur).

Staff are friendly and accommodating.They’re all there to assist customers with smile .I bought beautiful Christmas sweaters that I shared to my friends .They love the Christmas sweater I gave them .I’m so happy ,I’m way advance buying these Christmas sweaters for holiday .
