We recently used REMAX Rental Advisors for a rental property in Edmonton and the experience was amazing. Aki Dutta was our Advisor and provided good recommendations and timely responses to all our questions. The team is very professional and the approval process went smoothly. We are very happy with the rental property and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I have been renting my house through Rental Advisors for nearly 8 years and have always had a great experience. They have made the process stress free whether it’s finding tenants, dealing with maintenance and keeping me up to date with everything. I sincerely appreciate the peace of mind and have always had my place rented, except for one period of three weeks between tenants.

Great experience so far with Rental Advisors. Mioara was very pleasant during the viewing, extremely thorough with the move in inspection, and very easy to get along with. She showed compassion and seemed genuinely excited when I got approved to sign the lease. Aki handled all the backend work and was easy to talk to, responded quickly to messages, and helped guide me through the process. She has followed up to ensure all the required information was taken care of on all sides of the process. I had the chance to rent my new property with REMAX Rental Advisors in Edmonton recently and the quality of their services was perfect! They were really understanding of my situation; since I was moving from the east coast of the country for my job and I couldn't come to Edmonton prior my moving date so everything needed to be done virtually. In no case did I feel that this caused them any problems or if my situation limited me compared to someone already in Alberta. Aki, the property administrator, was always available and really quick responsive when I called her or emailed her.In conclusion, I had a really nice experience with them, they are really professional and I recommend renting a place with them anytime.

I was not treated well as a tenant. Extremely unprofessional. My rental was not clean when we moved in. When I moved out, I filled small holes in the wall with putty, so I understood there would be need for some painting. I was quoted $800 for all repairs ($1500 sec dep). I paid a professional cleaner to come in, cleaned top to bottom and steamed carpets. Everything that was left in the Unit was there when I took it over. The Unit was in far better state of cleanliness when I left than when I took it over. Once I left I was told they had to pay for extra cleaning, repairs etc and everything exceeded my security deposit. I asked for receipts and was completely ignored. This was extremely stressful to deal with, I had just lost my brother, we had a newborn baby, and because I'm military I was being moved to Ontario from Alberta. Beware this agency, extremely unprofessional and self serving people. I will never rent on the economy again due to my experience with them it was truly awful.Update: it took a 1 star review for the company to contact me and provide receipts many months later. They asked me to take down the 1 star review, which isn't deserved. Terrible experience which added undue stress to myself and my family.

I am moving from Halifax to Edmonton and Remax Rental Advisers have been extremely helpful. I am so happy. Aki Bhardwaj has been amazing and responds incredibly quickly when I emailed or called her.They’re fantastic.
