Excellent job! Joshua was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and carefully observed all Covid precautions. Now my dishwasher is as good as new. Reasonable prices too.

We were more than happy with Allen from Mr. Appliance .He arrived when he said , very considerate with bringing booties to come inside.. found out what the problem was . Ordered part and returned a few days later and repaired .We were very very pleased with this company and would highly recommend!

I should have learned from prior experiences using impersonal “corporate” type companies. Despite being polite their quote is vague and excessive compared to a local repair shop. The technician based approach is just a frustrating experience as I could have conversed with someone over the phone (as I did with a proper local appliance reputable repair store owner) and realized their unreasonable quote would have saved me over $100 for their 15min “visit. In hindsight the single review reviewers should have been an alarm.

Mr. Appliance has come to our Childcare Centre a couple of times and has been very helpful and diligent when ensuring we get the best services.One gentleman came about a year ago to fix our washing machine and did great work.Just recently we needed service again, but had a different worker who was also very diligent and took his time to check the machine.When the second gentleman came back to make repairs, the original worker came as well to double check the work being done was needed for our Centre. We didn't know he would be coming, but we appreciated the initiative to come anyway.I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone. :)

Spent lots of money for diagnosing with other companies for my dryer still they cant figure out what was wrong with it don’t wanna buy a new one because I love the dryer so I was introduced to this company by a friend who had same issue that was fixed so the technician came diagnosed the problem pretty fast assured me that my dryer will come back to life again with full confident after few days he came back to install the parts and my dryer is working like new again thanks and I was also told that the parts are under 3 months warranty great company and thanks to Tech Joshua .

I just had Alan at my house to fix my gas dryer, he is the most professional service man I could have asked for. He's work was clean and tidy and he fixed my dryer at a very reasonable price. would highly recommend using this company.
