Really disappointed with the service here. I had to come back in early because they gave me the wrong contacts. 6 months of discomfort is all I could take. The girls here are rude in general but since it's cheap I don't expect much. This time, they had a 'problem' processing my benefits so asked me to pay, fine. I checked with my provider and they said there were no problems. Then they couldn't process my debit card so I would have had to pay cash or rebook. Soooo I will book with someone who knows what they are doing. I told them that as politely as possible and the answer I got was, 'sounds good.'

Jan2023: Excellent service. Needed replacement lenses for a changed prescription. The staff were very professional and friendly. Although the selection of frames is a little limited the prices are fairly good.

I would not recommend this place. Last year I bought frames from here for my 2 kids, when they had the eye see program. Frames were roughly $50, and the lady didnt tell me about options for the lenses. So she sold me the most expensive lenses for my 2 young kids. After realizing it later on, I confronted her and asked why would anyone choose the most expensive lenses for young children. She shrugged and responded, you didnt decline when I asked you if you wanted those lenses. Ever since then, she has not had a very nice attitude. Will NOT ever return here.

Have always had great service. Bought both contacts and glasses here over the years. They have fixed my glasses many times for free (straightening, nose pads etc) as I am pretty relentless with my glasses. Handled getting me new contacts amazing through covid.

The worst experience! There is no service at all! There are two different codes on a product, I want to know why, or let me know the price is the same. You told me you didn't know? You said that I can't use another code! Then why should it appear on the price of the goods! You just need to tell me different code but the price is the same, or the other one is wrong ！That's all!No smiles in the whole journey! I look like a joke! I am smiling and telling you that.You are God, you are always right!

I really think that grocery bags and carts should not require any payments or coins especially when we are trying to avoid touching too many things.

We came with my son to get his eye exam and his glasses last year. They were amazing and extremely helpful. Everything was ready when it was supposed to be.Looking forward to doing back this year.

Horrible service. Went in to pick up my glasses shortly after they opened (930) ended up waiting over 25 minutes and required the customer service to page them to get them to return to their work station

Very accommodating and helpful. Tried to do a walk-in for my daughter to get her prescription, but note sight testing with a Dr. should be done before 4pm. I did testing for contacts on a walk-in and ordered a year of contacts. *****They direct bill to Claim Secure was surprised as many places do not.
