I had my wedding in Jan and Paul made sure I wasn't going without a limo money was tight and we were struggling a bit. on the day of Paul was very sweet and charming and helped me de-stress cause nothing was going right he made sure we were where we needed to be on time he loves to joke and me and my wedding party had a blast with him my wedding is perfect and special and I was blessed with everyone involved he even stayed in town for me after my reception to make sure everyone had a ride home I will definitely be contacting Paul for future jobs thank you Paul we had a great day we are now good friends and you made my day very special

Their limos are smelly and run down. The owner is rude. They often drive around with expired stickers. I'd rather take a taxi than one of their limos.

I ordered and paid for limo service that was a gift to my Mom, whose 85th birthday was on July 22, 2015. We lost our Dad on June 29, 2015 so we wanted to make my Mom’s birthday special since my Dad wasn’t going to be here to celebrate it with her. The limo was scheduled to pick 5 of us up at our apartment building at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, July 22nd. The limo was on time, then we headed to London, ON to pick up 3 other folks who were joining us for this special occasion. During the ride to London, we had no air conditioning in the limo. We questioned the driver about the air conditioning and he told us that the air conditioning we were getting in our part of the limo was all we were going to get. My Mom had her hair done for her birthday and we were all dressed up to celebrate with her. By the time we got to the home of the other 3 people we were picking up in London, we were all wilted and our clothes were damp and wrinkled from sweating in the limo. After a 15 minute break all 8 of us got into the limo and we proceeded to our destination, the Keg on Richmond Street in London, for my Mom’s birthday dinner, arriving on time. We left the Keg about 7:30 pm to drop the 3 London passengers off before heading back to Sarnia. On the ride back to Sarnia, there was no air of any kind blowing from the vents in the back part of the limo where we were sitting. We had to leave a back window open during the entire ride back to Sarnia because one of the passengers has advanced COPD and he could not breath without the window being open. We arrived back at our apartment building at 8:45 pm. The ride both ways was noisy and bumpy. I am not a mechanic, but it was very obvious that there was something wrong with the limo suspension and the limo should not have been used for highway driving. The outward appearance of the limo was an embarrassment because both sides were rusted and patched with bondo.I phoned the Prestige Limousine (Paul) the following evening, Thursday, July 23, 2015 to complain about the lack of air conditioning in the limo and I was told that the limo did have air conditioning but the driver may not have known how to use it. Paul said he was sorry and if I gave him a couple of days to sort this out, he would make it up to my Mom. He did not say what he would do. A week has passed since my Mom’s 85th birthday and we have not heard any more from Paul.The limo ride was supposed to be the best part of my Mom’s birthday. It was the worst. I was so embarrassed because my siblings left this task up to me and I failed them by renting from Prestige Limousine. No matter what the results are from the follow-up of this complaint, nothing can be done to change my Mom’s disappointment and my embarrassment. I am writing to you because I would like to make sure that other people are not disappointed and embarrassed like we were if they choose to hire a limo from Prestige Limousine.
