Thank you for the friendly service. I got a new furnace and couldn’t be satisfied with the process. The advisor who helped me was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I was a little bit anxious about my old furnace and didn’t replace because i had been quoted $7-8k from other companies. The advisor told me about their program that allowed for upgrades with no upfront cost and I was very comfortable in using the program. definitely recommend these guys; now just waiting on my rebate.

So, I needed a new furnace and AC, I liked how there was no upfront cost, and you can pay the equipment off anytime without any penalties. The advisors were knowledgeable and friendly, I was very surprised with the turnaround time from the appointment to the installation which took only 2 days. I would highly recommend to other homeowners :)

My furnace hadn’t been performing properly, BC Standard came to my house, did an assessment and sat down with me to discuss the best options for replacing the unit. Colin was great, told me about the no upfront cost and even gave me 3 months free. 2 days after the initial conversation, we got a brand new Lennox furnace and nest smart thermostat. They also informed me about an $800 fortis rebate. I’m looking forward to having heat in the winter.

My mom referred me to them for a replace my of my old furnace and I’m very surprised with how fast and smooth the whole process was. Within 48 hours of me calling them, they had come to do an assessment and installed a brand new Lennox furnace for me. The installers did a great job of installing and cleaning the basement up as well. I will definitely be referring them to my friends!
