Primo Moving Company - Duluth

They were a good amount cheaper than 2 guys and a truck and the others I looked at, they were very responsive when I called to set it up, and when they came to do the moving Eli and his crew did an amazing job - great attitudes, very fast work, handled everything with care. I moved from Duluth to the Cities and it was as easy as could be, these guys are great and the company to use!!

These guys were the best movers I’ve ever hired. My boyfriend looked at the U-Haul after they left and said that he’s never seen one packed so carefully and efficiently. The movers were kind, friendly, and trustworthy. They were also so careful with the fragile glass and wall art I had. We drove the moving truck for 14 hours, opened it up, and everything was still in perfect condition and nothing had moved around. 10/10 recommend these movers!

Eli and his crew did an excellent job moving our furniture and belongings to our new house. (They performed similarly 18 months ago when we first arrived in Duluth.) They wrapped everything carefully and loaded efficiently and intelligently. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the move. None of our furniture or belongings suffered so much as a scratch. My wife and I unhesitatingly recommend Primo.

I had 3 movers, and they did an incredible job. They parked where I asked them. They didn't damage anything moving everything from a second floor apartment to a house with extremely slippery floors. Eli called before they arrived to set what they needed to bring to protect my belongings. I will be referring Primo!! Eli, Coulter, and Dustin did an amazing job. Thank you!

Only tried to get an estimate, did not hire. Immediately felt like a shady operation. The person on the phone was clearly in a large, very noisy call center. They immediately assumed I would book an appointment even though I was just looking for a quote. Even after I said multiple times that I wasn't booking anything, they still tried to schedule a date and time.Big red flag #1 was that they asked what my budget was for my move. They don't need to know that. Will their quote or quality of service change based on my budget? If I give a large number for my budget will they overcharge me? Hands down, no.Red flag #2 was that they wanted to charge me over $400 for a truck fee, which I was told includes warehouse fees at both departure and destination. I had already told the representative that I'm renting a moving truck and driving myself across the country. I only needed them to finish some packing and load the truck for me. When I said I'm not paying a destination or warehouse fee because my belongings won't be in their warehouse and they will have nothing to do with my move at the destination, I was put on hold.Red flag #3 was that after being on hold for about a minute, I was hung up on. After 30 minutes and no call back, I wrote this review.I'm sure the local crews who actually do the work are good, efficient, and polite. With horrible representatives on the phone and scammy feeling booking, there's no way I would consider giving them my money. I already regret even giving them my phone number and email address.

10 out of 10 service, they were very efficient and very capable. We had a massive amount of heavy furniture that would not fit in our van that we needed moved to our new house. I don't know how long it would have taken my wife and I to do this on our own but with their help it was done in it 3 hours.

Great experience using Primo to move my daughter to the Twin Cities. Eli and Grant were professional, very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Primo.

We were very impressed how hard these guys worked...and always in a good mood! Had a small snafu with starting time, but they really did well when they arrived. Very pleased!

This is my second time using Primo moving company. Alec and his crew is like family. They are always prompt and on time and they are fast and efficient. The price you pay is worth every penny. The moving process is always smooth and easy! 5 star people very honest very responsive. The only moving company I will use!
