Regularly have the harder to find items. Raj is an absolute beast at customer service! He has helped me getting so many bottles over the years for friends and myself cannot thank him enough.

Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered us help with selections several times to ensure we were getting what we needed. Great selection of both beers and wines. Had everything we needed.

I hope this is the right place where I visited as it's the first time I've been there. I was looking for a certain product by Growers cider and did not find it. A guy named Paul went totally out of his way to computer search and find the agent who sells and where he sells for me and provided his information handwritten because I didn't have my phone in hand to take a photo. I want to thank Paul so much for the information as I am too busy for driving place to place to find this product. It seems unfortunately BC Liquor does not carry this product so I will quick to hear back from the dispenser guy as I had emailed him and hopefully find what I'm looking for. Thank you Paul once again for all your help you don't have to go search online and for the information to contact the dispenser person. I appreciate your help and for now I will deal with boring Peach after so many years. If anybody is looking for a change in drink I suggest looking for a cranberry / pomegranate BC Growers cider. Oh my God it is so delicious. Thank you again Paul and I think with your efforts you deserve a raise. Most people will be like sorry we don't have it on shelf as the BC liquor shop in Colwood had told me. If it's not on the Shelf we don't have it. Well that was not really helpful but helpful in the direction of where I'll take my business. Thank you Paul. I will have a couple bottles on you LOL this is such a refreshing flavor and oh my God I just finding no way of getting it into your stores. Thank you

Decent selection but the store hours are ridiculous. As an Albertan who is accustomed to massive walk in coolers for all beer, wine, and spirits that need cooling and 2AM closing times the regulations here are just dumb. Not the fault of this particular store but the remnants of prohibition still affecting policy here in BC. Weird politics on this one.

Worst place ever. Walked in with a Pomeranian and got yelled at told to leave. Terrible

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given them a 5, but was put off by the fact that they charged me 25 cents for one bag to hold my 268.00 worth of tequila. I normally go the the liquor store on Tillicum at Gorge, they don't charge for a bag. I guess they realize thier patrons spend enough and it's nice not to have to carry all your bottles in your arms.
