The first time i sent money thru, they sent my money to a wrong company. Some remittance centers have the door to door, but they don't have, using the pandemic as excuse. Manila cargo express has door to door. This i s a great help as my.mom is too old to travel to the pick up center. Step up BIg C.

Used their service to send money transfer to Philippines which was not executed according to instructions, resulting in the money being delivered to the wrong person and thus, stolen. Long story short, rather than issue a refund, they sent the same courier who forced the intended recipient, under duress and threat, (who is elderly and blind BTW) to say she received the money, because the courier was afraid he'd lose his job due to his error. All we wanted was accountability. Poor customer service.
