Never like going to the courthouse for any reason, unless I was studying to be a lawyer or in law.

the tellers at the main desk are so rude and seem annoyed when u ask a question. Fire these people they are getting paid with our tax dollars.

Impossible to reach a real human being by phone. All I needed was a quick answer to a simple but important question. Instead, I got a multi-layered maze of options leading to pre-recorded messages, busy signals and unanswered ring tones. Who has phone lines without voice mail these days? There must be a lot of empty offices with phones ringing, ringing, ringing, all day long during business hours, a sort of Kafkaesque symphony, an audio tribute to the poor lost souls at the end of each line

I am really enchanted by the work of the court. Because we had a really big damage, we couldn't afford a lawyer, being financially limited because of having big financial damages caused by negligent work of a truck dealership. We were really despaired that we didn't have a lawyer. The secretarial staff is very friendly. I was guided by them and helped with pleasure at many questions concerning the steps of processing. I am really satisfied of the quality of work of administrative staff, quickly and proving professional level in an efficient way. The most of all I liked their attitude towards its customers. They work as the justice to prevail indeed. A special thank is to the window 7 that works at small claims court at 80 Dundas. I wish to thank them again for guidance and I wish them much success! The police at the front are good at their job and funny to talk to, and had great Judges who are very intelligent

I have never seen such a poorly run system. It is totally inefficient. You wait and wait then they adjourn the case. A case that should have taken a few months at the most took 1 1/2 years to settle.

Hopefully get reimbursed for my parking and time after having jury selection cancelled with no notice. Great job organizing you bunch of chumps.

I was served divorce papers by my ex. They were filed at the London Superior Court. I called in having never been divorced before. First call I am told everything could be completed at the Guelph Court House as I live in Guelph. Go to the Guelph Court they have no clue what I am to do. Second call to the London Court House, I am told what I needed to do and what to return back. I complete the required sections. Third call to the London Court House they provide me steps on how to complete the forms online. I kept receiving an error message. Fourth call to the London Court House they give me a number to get online assistance for thr site. Call the number the are no longer giving assistance. This is three days before the 24th which is the date the papers needed to be filed. Fifth call to the London Court House they say here send the papers to the London Court House. I email the papers and receive a reply back that they cannot accept them as there is no Affidavit. No one told me on any call that I needed one. Sixth call to the London Court House and they now tell me the Affidavit can only be signed in London as this is the Court House that the papers were filed. Guelph could not do it . Take another day off work and arrive at the London Court House. The guy that I first met with had no clue what he was doing. I finally get a woman who knows what she is doing. I tell her everything and she couldn't care. It's unacceptable that it took all that to get a complete answer. If I handled my job in the same manner as they court clerks did I wouldn't have one.

They had executed many efficient tasks to guide me and eased my processes of application. They are very polite, human, and helpful!
