Horrible company, Today visiting my inlaws as a Psw myself I know what is expected and not in home care. Today I heard when my mother inlaw asked the psw to change my father inlaws bedding the Psw told my mother inlaw ITS NOT THEIR JOB! I was disgusted Hearing that.The client's need's are important and what's expected, and CHANGING THE BEDDING IS PART OF THE JOB!Makes me so mad how our community / elderly people are treated. If you don't have the heart and skills to be a psw or Home support worker just quit and find another job. And also I believe Every Home Care Service should be contacting the clients After each service to make sure that the client's needs have been met from the care plan, if NOT then Why are they still there working? No company should be that desperate To keep these employees working if they cannot do the job right. Also remember camera is always rolling.I have told my mother inlaw change the service fast meaning find another company with higher reviews and skilled staff.

Care Partners provides poor services to their clients. They don't listen to their client's' concerns All complains I brought to the management regarding thej PSW seem too been ignored. . It just fell on deaf ears. They don't know how to give proper orientation or training to the people working with them. Their PSWs are lazy , incompetent and insensitive to the sufferings of patients the are providing care forTheir receptionist or coordinators have poor customer service skills.They are insensitive to the needs of their clients. . They don't seem competent enough in their job. THey see their job as difficult, but not realizing the poor services they give to their clients. I had bad experiences with Care Partners when my mom was their client several years ago. and now that I'm their client, the same problem I had before is repeating again, never improved.; now, that I'm their client.< daughter..It's very stressfull.

Care Partners should be CLOSED Down! The horrible service that they have been providing to our at home bed ridden 85 year old family member...is NOTHING short of ELDER ABUSE!We will be contacting the Media first thing Monday morning & having this excuse for a company exposed! The stress that we have been going through with our loving Father who is in PD dialysis 10 hours a day/ 7;days a week has been magnified 100 fold by this unprofessional bunch of incompetents who have treated our loved one worse than an animal! We can not believe that they have not sent a PSW to him Today! The last service/home visit that we recieved was at 1PM today! Nobody showed up since! It is now 11:05 PM and NO SHOW! We have phoned Care Partners Management 4 times already and spoke to Monica, Brittany, Nick & Lana with our concerns and disgust. All four of these useless individuals placed me on hold & assured me that they were calling a PSW named Gina. All four of them came back to me & confirmed that this PSW was running late & was on her way to us because she was just finishing up with a client! Also, she would definitely be calling us back to schedule a visit! Well approximately 10 hours later and our father is still left in his feces & urine because Miss Gina decided NOT to call us and arrange a time that she would be coming! We placed a call to the Supervisor Lana who said that Gina did not get any messages from anyone and she did not know she was even supposed to visit our Father! So our question is...who has been lying to us??? For a human being who has his full mental faculties to be treated so inhumanely is absolutely inexcusable! We are now told that nobody will be available until tomorrow morning!!! Our father will be left in this state for approximately 22 hours by that time if their PSW even shows up! We will make it our life mission to have this Company CLOSED DOWN permanently so that others do NOT have to go through the needless stress and abuse that we and our loved one have been forced to endure because of an incompetent group of uncaring, unorganized individuals who call themselves...Care Partners...who have made our lives a LIVING HELL!

RUN!! This company should not be allowed to use the name Care or Partner in their name! Wish there was an option to leave zero stars. They do not care! If you happen to catch someone at the clinic they pass the buck onto a loved who has not had training as a nurse. If you happen to catch someone on the phone and ask to speak to a manager they apparently only show up a few times a week. Last option is put you on hold so you speak to someone else & hang up on you!!! This is unacceptable!!

In my opinion, and experience very unorganized and also unprofessional, the nurses all have attitudes and want to be in and out, as quick as possible. They also teach someone in the household who has no training as a nurse to do their work.

This review is for your admin/coordinator staff.Please train your staff on how to engage with people with Alzheimer’s before sending them to work with someone with Alzheimer’s. About half your staff are stellar. We are grateful when they come. The rest clearly haven’t been trained.Also, why send out a schedule and then constantly change it?Sometimes you cancel care at the last minute. When I complained about it, your coordinator turned the tables on me and said “the family needs a contingency plan”. This is called Gaslighting.YOU need to a contingency plan (relief staff, better organization and improved working conditions, training and pay for staff).

I have reported one worker for blatantly abusing my mother; she was let go after I showed them video of this incident. Other workers yell at her because they are in a rush, they use their cell phones while showering her, a few are rude to family members, most don't listen to instruction and ignore basic human compassion, it took months of complaining to get them to train workers on how to put on compression stockings, management ignores my complaints about certain workers, and many workers leave their used PPE laying in our yard. As a PSW myself, I am severely unimpressed with the level of care they give and the training that their workers have. If I could give negative stars, I would. There is no way that anyone deserves to be treated the way that many of these workers treat the people that they are supposed to care for.

this agency is the worst, psw does not show up , if they show up they insist on not doing anything because it is not their duty . very poor attendance and very unreliable. psw seem to have lots of attitude. they duty is to help the elderly just for an hour. seems hard for them to do. mom had this service for 4 years but not improved at all.

I had an unfortunate accident resulting in second degree burns in my inner thighs, abdomen, and lower buttocks - all the nurses at this location are wonderful. They are kind, patient, and understanding. It makes all the difference in my recovery.
