The customer service in this store is wonderful...i purchased a mirrorless Canon today and Paolo was very knowledgeable of all the products I was wondering about.Everyone here takes the time with each customer and even if you aren't buying something they are ALWAYS willing to help.I'd love to request if they ever thought about doing hands on workshops, small group meeting up and doing landscape? Or other genre of photography.

Customer service is the main reason I keep returning to Broadway Camera. Whether I needed a recommendation on a new battery charger, or advice on a whole new studio set up, the staff are generous with their knowledge, friendly, and easy to talk to. Definitely a good place to go if you don’t know what to buy.

I purchased my Nikon D 7200 at this Broadway camera location a couple of years ago and have been coming back ever since. I usually deal with Alan who is always very helpful and has given me some great advice. I brought my camera in today because I had a dust spot on my sensor and they cleaned it at no charge. Thanks to Alan and all the staff for the great service.

Good customer service! But I'll never buy anything else from them. Purchased a camera bag online using the discount code. Invoice generated. By the time I picked up my bag. I was told the discount only applied to regular items which they made a mistake on the purchase online system. Not bother to waste my time to argue with them.Thanks for the fast response! I didn't expect they would care about this. However, Peter phoned me back to follow up my case. It's resolved. Based on the professional manner. I re-rated back to 5.

This is the most excellent camera store I have ever been to. Allen Fan was extremely helpful to us teaching us what to buy and even how to use the camera.He went so far that he even told us to come while he was on shift so that he could teach us the basics of our Nikon D810.When we lost our receipt he printed a new one though it was 2 years old. Mr. Fan is such a kind gentleman.The most moving part was that he didn't recommend the expensive items, but rather the ones which are worth it while saving money.I would gladly come again and even tell my friends to come too.

This is my second review for this location.Mica is always so helpful and very friendly.She is a photographer herself and she understands your needs. When I purchased accessories and lenses there, she suggested testing and making sure it works.A visit this store 3-5 times a year and I be had nothing but perfect experience. I am thankful to have them.Thank you mica and Allen. You’re both outstanding.

Great place for gear. Pre order the R8 and waiting to snipe a 50mm 1.2 when there on sale. Much recommend if your in the Coquitlam/Ridge areas.

Supernice staff. They have so much knowledge. A decent customer would not be disappointed by them. Alan helped me out with the purchase for Sony ZV-E10 and told me so many things i didn’t know about it before. What camera to buy for what purpose and what sd card & other accessories to buy for it!

Sales rep (Allan? I'm so bad remembering names!) could tell I had come in knowing what I wanted, and didn't waste my time with any BS. Friendly banter while he prepared the sale, checked in to make sure I wasn't forgetting any essentials, and got me out of there. I was in carrying my daughter so efficiency was at the top of my mind yesterday.As an experienced hobbyist, it was nice to find a sales rep who sussed me out before going into a long-winded spiel that just wastes both of our time. Great stuff.
