4 stars for the guys behind the parts counter, always helpful and pleasant to deal with, however the trailer sales is a joke, they don't even deserve 1 star, 8yrs ago I tried to buy a tridem stepdeck, absolute no interest shown in following up with me at all even after me phoning them up 3 times to ask stuff (so eventually bought from another Lode King dealer), then last December (2020) I again tried to buy another tridem stepdeck, low pro this time, I told the salesman what I was looking for and what all extras I wanted etc etc, it's now mid February and guess what? Not 1 email or phone call back, your trailer salesmen must be on too good a salary to be bothered to chase an owner operator for business, or they'd rather sell 1 that is sitting out in the yard (which I had no interest in at all) instead of custom ordering 1, the good thing about it is that I'm now looking at other makes of trailers and finding more helpful and interested sales people

Great place to get all your truck parts, they carry almost everything you could ever need for your Kenworth, Peterbilt. The crew working in the back is top notch. Order desk can sometimes be cranky, i could imagine with the volume of calls they deal with daily.

Never expect to have a nice customer experience from the front counter guys, especially if you do not know the details what parts you are going to buy, have fun dealing with their “great” face reaction. Very very rude and offensive.The only reason why I come back to this place is just because they have wide variety of parts, THAT’S IT!!!

Fort Gary industries is fort Gary industries. Let's face it. They've been around for a long time. They will accommodate as much as possible. They will make something that will fit your unit. If they can't get it they will make it. I give them five stars. Every one of the managers from the parts desk to the receiving area got to give them 100% for this place. They trip typical fort Gary industries service with a smile

Every time I call them there kinda Givin attitude an when you order they don't even take it seriously I always have to get frustrated when iam ordering stuff through them I've waited for three months now for my tarps an you call them they have absolutely no idea what iam talking about an then they say they'll get back to me an then I wait for call back.

Great parts and great service from some but not very good customer service from Ryan B as his attitude gave me and my partner a unpleasant evening.

Love coming here. They can always get what I need quickly. Unfortunately it seems like they are half asleep or in bad moods, and when you ask something it feels like your inconveniencing them. Most of the crew anyway, not all. Will continue shopping here but they need to lighten up a little or not be in customer service for a living.

I went in with airbag problem. I brought the part with me. Dave booked me right in and I was on the road an hour later. Chris did a fantastic job.

Why are you shutting down accepting cash prior to closing time? The man I was dealing with is an extremely angry individual. He was rude to the customer before me who was not from this country. Claimed he didn't know part numbers but isn't that part of his job? Instead of being in a rush to go home you should be anticipating sales at any given moment. What kind of management let's their staff act like that? That man should not be in customer service, bad day or not. You guys are a joke.
