Blown away by this wonderful company. They educated me on my furnace, gave me a honest look at my furnace, and taught me how to modify and keep on top of my filters because I have 4 long haired dogs. They also showed me where my furnace was rusting in some spots! I will see them again in 3 years for duct cleaning again, looking forward to it!

Cleaned my elderly mother's ducts and furnace today. The basement window was left pulled out where she couldn't reach it to put it back in herself. Also, the pilot light is out and she can't see to light it at midnight when she realized it was out. Should a company not be checking to make sure everything is taken care of before leaving a service? Especially for seniors?
