This is an outstanding and trust worthy business! I have been consistently let down by dealership service centers, I do not trust them at all, they are out to get every penny possible from the customers. West Perimeter Auto Service was brought to my attention by my grandfather approx 12 years ago. I gave them the opportunity to earn my trust and they did in spades! I exclusively bring my vehicles to them. My children bring their vehicle here as well as many of my friends. West Perimeter Auto Service ONLY fixes what is needed, and I NEVER feel like they have taken advantage of a customer like the large dealerships. West Perimeter Auto Centre is the best the city of Winnipeg has to offer. Their staff always excel at meeting my expectations, and I send over 90 vehicles (including personal family vehicles) to them for repairs and maintenance.I can do that knowing that I will get the best service at the best rate. On top of that, all of their courteous staff make sure my issues/concerns are taken care of, ensuring my workers have a safe and reliable vehicle that minimizes costly down time.

I got my car taken in to be fixed from a previous accident. They told me I’d be ready in a day or two. Gave me a total wreck of a car which has its engine light on and shakes when I hit the brakes. It’s an 02 with almost 300k km. My car has been in the shop for a week which is 5 days more then I was told and everyday keeps getting pushed back. The staff can’t communicate and the overall experience has been embarrassing for that business.

Been dealing with Leeanne Good over there for last couple of years. Had paint less dent removal done several times and body work and paint. Always done quickly and properly. Would highly recommend their services.

I had some damage on my truck, the complete box side was replaced. Trevor , Leanne and they’re shop of professional repair techs took care of the repairs. MPI claim, after all repairs were done the truck looks new again.I would highly recommend them for any repairs.The you for all you did!Jerry

Worst service, damaged my vehicle. Over charged by a lot! Didn’t fix what they were supposed to fix. Took it back to try and get problem fixed and still billed some more and still didn’t fix the issue. Now have to go to another shop to fix the issue. So left with still the same issue, vehicle damaged and out almost two grand.(They bill 3 hours @ $120/hour for a season tire change over.. $360 for a tire change over is a rip off)Service manager gives you the ‘run around’ and is very unprofessional. Greasy all the way around.Update: went to another shop. These guys not only damaged my rims and the TPM sensors, but also did not relearn the tire and Tpm sensors after changing tires. So what the vehicle said was right was actually left etc.UPDATE: owner called to make it right and gave a partial refund for what I was overcharged. Glad the owner can take responsibility and try to make it right with the customer. Still had to pay another shop more to fix their mistakes though.

Very clean and well organized. Super friendly staff including reception, service manager, office manager, owner, and shop staff....

I had high hopes for this shop but in the end they dissappointed like so many other's. Heard Trevor's radio ad and took his claims seriously - he cares about your safety. Came in needing a wheel bearing since the car had a loud low hum when driving on the road. They were good with the diagnoses and got the car back to me in a 24 hour window. When my wife drove the car away she said it felt weird and didn't get 50ft down the road when she started getting warning lights and chimes going off. 4WD, Traction Control, and ABS warnings all lit up on the dash. No cruise control, no 4WD, nothing worked and there was a slight shake coming from the back. I took it back to the shop and come to find out the wheel bearing was installed incorrectly, and the whole bearing and hub would have to be taken off and reinstalled. Apparently it was installed upside-down? Which caused a shake in the rear and the speed-sensor connector to disconnect, setting off all the warning lights. Point being, this car was clearly not taken for a test-drive. Why would you give a vehicle back to a client when you didn't test drive it and make sure it was solid? Especially after replacing such a crucial component as a wheel-hub assembly. You put your shop's reputation on the line when you gave the car back untested. And no, driving the car around from the shop to the front customer parking lot at 15km/h is not a test drive. There's more to the story but I'll leave it there. Still, I can't recommend a shop that didn't test drive the vehicle and I didn't even get off the property before it was clear there was a problem. Just happy to have my vehicle back and at least they made it right by fixing it.
