Bought a pre-owned tub from Brad recently and he was a pleasure to deal with! Great customer service-he knew my budget and called me about 1.5 months later when a model came in that matched my wish list. Also came back after delivery (which was free) and touched up some scratches on the freshly repainted tub. Would and have recommended to my friends after seeing what we got from them.

Brad removed an old tub from my yard. I came back to him a year later and it was probably the best experience when it came to deciding what tub to go with.Assisting on what to look for and to the final purchase was effortless. I highly recommend Superior Hot Tubs.His team was up to the task with the difficult delivery to my backyard. His technician came by to make sure the audio was working correctly. He also followed up a few weeks after to make sure I was satisfied.If you have any questions, I am sure Brad can answer them.

Called Brad as I had to sell our hot tub. Gave me a great price for it and had his crew professionally remove the tub. Even checked in afterwards to make sure I was happy with the deal and service. When I get another tub I will give him a call. Thanks Brad.

Brad and his staff were excellent to deal with. We went and looked at a hot tub he had for sale and his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought the tub and they replaced all of the components and gave us a one year warranty and delivery to my back yard. It was pouring rain the day they delivered but they remained very professional and careful. I would highly recommend Brad and his team for anyone looking for a good reliable tub with professional service! Outstanding Brad and team!!!
