Bad experience there, they trying to do some work on my van to repair which is not a problem, they charge me for diagnostic for few seconds, terrible place, not gonna comeback

I was scheduled to inspect the car at 10 am, but as it turned out it was closed, I called the owner / master and he told me (without any sorry) to come another hour. I arrived, he drove up to 10 meters by car and affirmatively said that the reason was in the left shock absorber but refused to repair right away and said he didn't have time, although I expected the car to be repaired right away.I bought a shock/strut assembly, came again in a week, he changed it, I have paid in cash, he refused to give proof of repair. When I drove about 5 kilometers, I noticed that the creaking sound from the suspension did not pass. This means that if there was a reason in the shock absorber, and maybe not, then there will be another reason. Called the owner/master, he refused to explain anything why he did not diagnose my car properly first time.As a result, I have to pay for the second time for the delivery of other part and I am not able to drive all the time because I am not 100% sure that it is safty to do so. Everyone can make errors but that guy with annoying salutation “friend” don’t even say sorry or don’t want to resolve question constructively. His overconfidence (saying without real chequing) made me spent much time, efforts, money and inconvenience to search for extra free time.Basically it turned out that the problem is either not in the shock absorber at all, or partially in the shock absorber. The main problem of squeaks and risk is a completely different detail. I am not going to visit his salon any more, the owner does not respect clients even if he formaly call them friend""

Terrible placeWent to check Rattling sound off a loosened plate and dude started off banging my exhaust saying this is loose. Charged me $50 for that and changed oil which they originally said $40 but somehow everything came to $172. They dont know what they’re doing. Dint give me no receipt for all the charges.

Inspection, rod end tie replacement and oil change.The garage replaced the rod end tie and not marked the position. Aliment is required now.The oil level was over filled with 1.5 liters above the maximum mark!!!I had to demand to drain the excessive oil.Denied to pass the Inspection on rear brakes. When I returned to garage after replacing the brakes (less than a week period) he denied Inspection again because the brakes were done by someone else.The receipt were not provided not for the Inspection (not completed) not for oil change and not for the rod end tie replacement.

These guys are awesome, Always u can get appointment of your choice of timing and very good work skills and ethics. Don't change parts unnecessary and don't charge you extra work which never done on your vehicle.

Replaced my front brakes – uses cheap parts. They've been squeaking and making noises ever since. Never provided a proper detailed receipt.
