Unfortunately, our experience with MNP Accounting Firm was one of the most frustrating encounters we have ever had. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of disclosure, transparency, and excessive fees, along with lengthy delays in getting a basic corporate tax service done.To our dismay, at the end of the process, we were presented with a bill that was double the amount we were initially informed. We were not made aware of the long delay and additional administrative fee that were eventually added. It was disheartening to discover these hidden fees, as they were not disclosed to us beforehand.We gave MNP Accounting Firm multiple opportunities to rectify the situation and address our concerns, but unfortunately, they did not take the necessary steps to make things right.It is important to note that they do provide accurate tax services, but potential clients should be cautious of the hidden fees that may arise during the process. The firm goes ahead and performs the necessary tasks without proper disclosure, ultimately leaving you responsible for the additional costs.Overall, our experience with MNP Accounting Firm left us dissatisfied and disheartened. We hope that they take steps to improve their transparency and communication regarding fees to ensure a better experience for future clients.
