Seemed ok - wife enjoyed it. The 70% off seems gimmicky to get you to buy cheap jewelry. Would probably shop there again if in the area.

Terrible quality and cheap jewelry.My earrings broke by half when the clerk wrap them up and i only figured out when i came home. All earrings are final sale, due to hygienic issue, so they refuse to fix or exchange or refund. And they have 50% off year round because the price tags were double the price of big brands like Michael hills, but the quality of the material is not as half of big brands.

Zero customer service. So incredibly rude and sassy!!! “You don’t have to buy anything if you don’t want to”. There was no other customer in the store except us and this is how you treat the only people there? Lol no wonder why it was empty in there!!! (Saturday, July 9th at 2:15pm)
