Everyone in the store has been very nice to me as someone who is biking for the first time. I'm 36 years old and just recently am getting into it. It was a great experience and I will be back to get other accessories and gear in the future! Also let me know where I want to get decals/paint done! Thank you for your time, you all are awesome!

Patrick provided AMAZING service. He went above and beyond what was expected and made sure I left the store with perfectly functioning bikes. There was no sales pitch to try and get me to buy more than what was required. They are passionate about bikes and supportive of all biking levels/abilities. Keep up the good work!

I dropped by with my bike thinking my front brakes needed replacing. The technician looked at it right away and said brakes were fine but he replaced the cable and made adjustments to my brakes, seat and handlebars. I purchased a mirror that was attached no charge. They go above and beyond. Very prompt efficient and friendly service. I will be buying my new bike next year at this store. Cindy B

Trying to post this a second time as I did not want this business to be without a review from me. I went in to repair a gear alignment issue and everything went off smoothly. It was Saturday late afternoon and it was pretty busy, but I was attended to immediately and my issue resolved promptly. I was so impressed that I decided to purchase the bike rack for my car as well. John and his wife were amazing. I am very bad at technical names and despite that I felt so much at ease there. My bike rack was attached to my car in no time and I learnt a lot abiut bikes and racks through the whole exercise. Amazing people, working there.

Had a flat tire on my mountain bike.Brought it to Bicycle Plus and they fixed it in minutes. The technician was thorough, friendly and helpful.They also have a huge selection of bikes and e-bikes.Great service. Will be back for accessories such as this daytime rear red light and when comes time for my next bicycle purchase.

The staff at Bicyclesplus are top notch. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were went above and beyond in not only ordering my bike, but in locating shoes and accessories. As a first time road bike owner, they were patient when sizing my bike and offered assistance and tips with how to best mount/dismount and starting and stopping while using pedal clips and new shoes. I would recommend this shop to any rider new or experienced for all your cycling needs.

The service staff was amazing. I explained the issue(s) with my son's bike. The service staff member was honest and professional. My sons bike was repaired at a minimal cost.
