I must say good human still exists because my jeep was broken and after bringing it to neighbors auto repair and the speed and professionalism from both Justin and Bob Spenst was the best plus the cost for repair was reasonable I would recommend neighbors auto repair to anyone who needs auto repair services and repairs to their vehicle to make an appointment today they will fix it leaving you with a smile thank you guys

I was charged 3.5 hours for less than 2 hours of workI got my rotors and one calliper replaced. Took it in on Monday at 1pm wanting a tire rotation, rotors changed and calliper replaced. He called me back at 2:55pm that same day saying that all the braking repairs were done but that my rims weren’t the right fit and I need other ones. I said okay I can order them and have them to you tomorrow. He said okay and that my car could stay in the lot over night. On Tuesday at 11am i delivered the new rims to him expecting that my car would be done that same day. I called back later and ask when they would get done and he said not until Wednesday evening at the earliest. Not wanting to wait two more days for a simple tire rotation I called back and said that I would pay for the work that has been done and will be taking my car somewhere else that can change and balance my tire that same day. That must have upset him, because when I got there to pay for the brake work done, he charged me 3.5 hours for the less than 2 hours worth of work.

We had a great experience with Neighbors Auto Repair! They were able to take our truck in on short notice and fixed a brake fluid leak for us at no charge. We will definitely be back anytime we are in the area. Thanks Neighors!

Him and his staff are very rude and didn't even really want to ingage. Poor customer service. If I'm in the mood" is a really weird way to say "no" instead of being polite and upfront and just saying no. And car died anyway again after taking it out of his shop"

We rolled in an hour before close from Vancouver on the August long weekend with a broken AC. Bob and Justin stayed open to try and help us. It turned out to be a broken compressor. Bob found one after searching a bit (still a big parts shortage post Covid) and early on the morning of August 2nd after the long weekend we dropped off the car and got it back at 1pm so we could get back home. Super service! We are so happy. Pleasant, skilled and honest service sums it up. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Bob and Justin! Kevin & Karen
