Top notch dealership with awesome customer service. I drove from Edmonton to Red Deer to buy my Caddy from Jeremy and the majority of the transaction took place all thru email. No pressure or stress with this deal! Within a few days I went down to pick up my new car and it was the best experience I've had purchasing from a dealership in 40 years. Had a VERY poor experience recently. I was quoted $125 dollars for Kipp Scott to install the mud flaps I purchased and they added on an extra $38.00 in Shop Supplies" after they were installed on the truck. For What? ? ? All the mounting hardware came with the flaps! They added roughly 30% to the quoted labor price and then told me I was mistaken. That I would have been informed before hand so it would have been my error

Great place for oil changes. Oil change itself was fast but the wait to get the oil changed was a long time. Staff is always polite and friendly. Great lounge to wait in though with free coffee, tea and water.

My husband and I came into Kipp Scott to test drive a few cars we had seen online. Within 10 minutes of walking in we were driving the first car. Mo was so helpful and he leads with his heart. He truly wants his customers to love their car and the experience of buying their car. We will recommend Mo and Kipp Scott to anyone looking for a new/gently used vehicle. And of course we will be back. Mo is now our families car guy!!

I purchased my vehicle here in 2022 and every time I bring it in for a rock shipping my window, tire rotation, or an oil change. I am so satisfied with the service. They are so friendly and prompt. Definitely the best customer service that I’ve had in a really long time.

Wasted 3+ hours of my family’s day. Made an appointment a week in advance to view a truck and made the drive out to the dealership. I did arrive 20 minutes late I’ll admit that. I’m brought into the salesman office and starts trying to bring up its info. It sold. Only had one other possible candidate but was high Km and was in the shop for a head gasket. Then tried to offer to appraise my vehicle for trade. Didn’t understand so much as there wasn’t anything to apply the trade too. Extremely disappointing and frustrating day. Remained professional and shook his hand before leaving with no apology of any kind just trying too still make a deal. Shouldn’t be on the customer to be calling in and checking in if a unit is sold.
