I had an amazing haircut done today by Mackenzie. She is great to chat with and so knowledgeable about hair care and health tips. The salon is beautiful, clean, and reasonably priced! Couldn’t recommend this place more!- After coming back for another cut, Sarah is also an amazing asset to this team- she takes so much pride in her work and is so kind and efficient throughout her entire service! Not to mention her cuts are amazing! Thank you both Mackenzie and Sarah for being the absolute best, I hope you both know how amazing you are! :) will be back soon!

I’m gutted. I hate to post this on social media but the disrespect that I have received from Tranquility Spa is insane! I went in Thursday for a coppery vibe with a shadow root and this was the outcome. #1 I mentioned hair health is most important. They also had to cut off inches of my hair and send me home with hair masks because my hair was in such a compromised state. I sent them this message over the weekend and despite them reading it and posting their usual on social media, I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a response as it was the long weekend after all. Tuesday morning I called them around 10, the manager was to get back to me shortly, I waited another 4 hours and called back again, she was unprofessional and rude and just brushed me off and wanted me to wait until the next day. I wasn’t happy with that. Originally I was just wanting a senior stylist to fix my hair and provide a refund. However, all my faith was lost. I said I just wanted my money back so I can go elsewhere. I indeed got a call back and was told to come pick up my refund. I went in, was not greeted, she said not one word to me, handed the envelope and went on with her day, did not even apologize or want to take two minutes to look at my hair! Horrible customer service and lack of care. They were my go to for all services, I cannot believe the lack of care and compassion!

I have nothing but good things to say about this spa.Staff are the friendly you will find and always smiling and greet you right away.I had an appointment with Brittany and she is absolutely the best and took time to answer all the questions I had ( which was a lot) and tried to calm my nerves (first time with botox)And I couldn't be happier that I made the choice call because it changed my life and made me happy to leave the house again and I look 10 years younger.I will always recommend this spa for anything anyone needs.

Well I can't say I enjoy what I'm there for, but the whole experience from start to finish is the best service I've had in a long time! Tanya is such an asset to the team! She's very bubbly , personal, and makes you feel at ease when there! Very good at her job and easy to talk to and laugh with:) This is why I keep going back! Today she was able to see me even though I was booked with someone else. And I very much appreciate the accommodations! Best best best experience by far♡

I was late and they were nothing but accommodating. The ladies were wonderful and very friendly. I love my haircut which never happens, she kept wanting to do more. Never once felt rushed, it was an awesome experience.

I had very nice facial experience at the first appointment so, I thought booking back again but the second time it was totally opposite.I’ve to think twice before going back.Did not find value for the money I paid for.

Mackenzie at Tranquility Salon has been my hairstylist since she was a junior hairdresser. I continue to go back to her because she never ceases to amaze me! I always leave the salon feeling happy with how my hair turned out, she cuts off exactly how much I want (shes not one of those hairdressers that says they will cut off 1 inch and then add 4 more), and the colour in my hair is long lasting and shiny thanks to her.

After a couple bad experiences at other hair dressers, Melissa was able to work her magic on my hair and I left the salon so happy. The precision she has when doing hair is amazing! You can tell that she always wants what’s best for you, and you’re not just some other client. Once again, amazing work and I do recommend !!!

I had my hair done as a gift About a month ago. Wasn't what I expected for the $58 I was charged. Never wrote a review about it though thought maybe I would try it again. I had a $75 gift card tip the girl the rest of my $75 gift card. But maybe somebody should have a talk with your staff when they order food . I work for A delivery food company. And your girls don't seem to like to tip even though we tip them really well maybe you should have a talk in a staff meeting sometime. And as for my hair was not impressed did not get the cut that I wanted or that I asked for

My new favorite place!I get my hair cut by Mackenzie. She is absolutely wonderful and is great with cutting bangs! She has a natural talent for cutting hair, I can leave the salon and go about my day without needing to touch up. The blow dry is exactly how I do it at home-- no need to fix it! And I *don't* need two to three days after a fresh cut to feel settled into it.I've also recently had my brows done by Jenna, who is wonderful and kind.Definitely returning again. The staff are friendly and the spa/salon is gorgeous ✨
