Wilkar Property Management

Our family has units in a couple of buildings downtown and Wilkar is by far the best management of all! It is unfortunate they are not continuing with our building, no reason was given to us peasants by the board as to why. As the first year after a new building delivery, when is critical to have a management company on top of things due to warranty (and a lot of issues being uncovered), they were top notch and excellent communication. The online system they use is also amazing (uperbee)! It is ironic the same happened at another building a family member is in, where they were replaced overnight by the board about 5 years ago and the new company that came is an irreplaceable disaster since lol. Many times during this year I thought we are finally content with the management at least in one place, but it didn't last long and I am dreading the change!Thank you for your work and sorry to see you go, but fingers crossed...

Wilkar is the worst property management I’ve ever had to deal with. My husband and real estate agent have been attempting to communicate with them regarding serious matters for weeks (and left multiple voicemails) with no return.

The management here is a farce. Never answer their phone, constantly running around trying to reach someone. Only way to reach someone is to send an email for them to hopefully answer the next day. Forget about leaving a voicemail, they won’t get back to you. Also, tried to have the bell technician come in, but they weren’t able to finish as the room that they need to configure something for the modem to get connected to the internet isn’t available!!! Honestly, such a frustrating management team. They need to hire either more people or a more competent team. Making me regret this condo purchase.

Wilkar Property Management has far exceeded any of my past experiences with my condo building management. From the TOP NOTCH quality of service, care, expertise - they are the real deal. So pleasant and helpful. Do your building a favour - sign your next building management contract with them!

It is impossible to contact anybody when you need support. My internet went out and needed technician to come service but the web portal doesn't work when I try to submit a request it just gives me an error, and when I called the emergency contact they don't answer. I tried calling other numbers and not a single person answered their phone. I work from home and cannot do my job.You are so lazy you couldn't even spell my name correctly in your reply.

I tried to have internet installed at my property, they say their concierge who has the key of the room for the bell technician to access is only available on Tuesday and Thursday??? People work and dont have time nor can afford to take time off of work! They say call us when your technician is on site and we will give you the code! Guess what called them 20 times no answer! Seriously a very bad management service and i wish my building didn’t do business with them!

Wilkar is literally THE worst management company ever.I have been waiting one whole week to have my fobs activated. The person I was in contact with, who was supposed to help me, has just ignored my emails and phone calls.Has anyone ever tried calling Wilkar? They've just set up a loop on their voicemail which means that they've rendered it impossible for the caller to get through to a person, regardless of which option you press.These guys are Montreal's finest circus act

This company is outstanding. I have dealt with many other condo management companies and no one has come close. The team I worked with, David, Sarah and Melissa were very professional and their customer service is excellent. They got back to me fast, would continue to follow up with issues, answer every question I asked (and I asked a lot). David even gave me his cell number to call during my move when I was having some problems. They are very organized and practical in how they work and the web site is very clear. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Wow! Just wrapped up a major water damage situation in my condo unit. Even though it was incredibly stressful and uncomfortable, the Wilkar team, who handled it from A to Z, were comforting, empathetic, quick, knowledgeable and very professional … I could go on and on. I’m not usually one to post reviews but I felt it necessary to take a moment to highlight a company that deserves five stars & kudos. A++ Wilkar team! Thank you so much for all you did to make me feel that I was in good hands while putting me at ease during this stressful time.
