Sold me terrible quality shoes, stitching was off and the bottoms looked worn out on the edges. I noticed this upon returning home and went to return the shoes and was met with a rude staff member who refused to return the shoes, exchange them, or even let me speak with a manager. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I bought 2 shoes online. One of them only shipped after 8 days of my confirmation of purchase and the other one is still “pending”. And that’s because I requested it to be delivered to their own store. So no, it’s definitely not 5-7 business days delivery, false advertising, not worth the wait of who knows how long

Went in with my daughter looking for some winter boots. With this whole covid thing they only allowed 2 people in the store at a time even with masks on (which is ridiculous). We were in line for a long time waiting to get into the store. I was just about to give up and leave when we were finally able to get in. I've never been in this store before so I was shocked to discover that everything in the store is 100% vegan and cruelty free! We both found great looking boots and are extremely happy that they are vegan! To make things even better we got 70% off of the second pair of boots! Was well worth the wait in line. We will be buying all of our shoes from there from now on!

Tried to rip me off yesterday; The only clerk in the store that morning ripped the sale stickers off the shoe when she was in the back looking for the other shoe I wanted to try on. Price seemed off when I paid and after looking at the receipt the bottom of the shoes to confirm the price I could see she tried to charge me 10& more & had removed all of the price tags. When I confronted her about it she laughed it off and gave me a refund but did not own up to what she had done. Very shady, be careful when buying here, always check the prices and tags!

This store is run by teenagers with absolutely no customer service , sitting at the cash desk with feet onIt while eating there lunch , staff could not look more bored and you can tell they definitely doNot want to be there .

Great shoes, sale prices were phenomenal and the staff is very professional. The manager Iris was friendly and knowledgeable. Cooper was also great and efficient when ringing through my purchases.
