Horrible company. ordered my son a range rover for his birthday. after a few days of not recieving any tracking information I called the company and got no answer just option to leave a message I then looked on Instagram and messaged them there no response. I decided to look up the reviews on them and seen the bad experiences others had. after the time frame passed for it to be delivered and with no success of getting a response from them not to mention there emails all bounced back I called my credit card company and was advised to call and report to rcmp which I did and was told this company is fraudulent and does not send out the product. please be aware don't be tricked and spend ur money for something your not going to get. I'm now awaiting for my money back from the credit card company. will I did my research first.

I purchased an electric range rover for my daughters birthday in May. It arrived approximately a week before her party, unfortunately I delayed setting it up until 3 days before her party. After everything was set up, I realized that the key to turn it on was not included in the box with the vehicle. On June 14th I reached out to Luxe Cars to have a replacement key sent. I was told that this would be sent right away along with a tracking number, so that my daughter could finally use her new toy. It is now the 22nd of June (8 days later) and they have still not sent me the key.So far I am very disappointed with this purchase and my daughter has still not had a chance to sit on or play with her new toy. As it stands, I do not recommend dealing with this company. Customer service has been atrocious and the communication with them is even worse - unreturned calls, unanswered emails, the list goes on.Buyer beware.

I hate posting negative reviews. Unfortunately, this is what I have to resort to.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.I purchased a car beginning of May and was promised it would be here for my sons birthday end of May. I called and they said, it is delayed and will be here middle of June". I called early July and was advised it would be here end of July. It is now August 12th and I cannot get a hold of anyone at Luxe cars. I want a refund and now must dispute this transaction with Visa. Hopefully

Awful customer service. I ordered a toy car back in July for my son. I have tried several times to get answers - received emails that its on the way with no tracking information. It never came. I asked for a refund - no response. I had to report them for fraudulent behaviour. Beware when ordering from them.

My parents and brother bought my daugther a car from here for her 1st birthday. We got it upgraded the battery. A few months later the battery died, it took months for Luxe car to fix it and return the car... Basically took an entire summer of countless messages and texts as we were told the battery had some dead cells. The car worked for a month and now again has been sitting still and we have tried for over a month to contact Luxe Cars and received no reply and have been completely ignored. Worst customer service and care. If you are looking for a a car go elsewhere.

Just received the Range Rover for my one year old daughter and she loves it! The design is high-quality and even better than I expected. The customer service has been great and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Eddy was amazing ! I spoke to him on Thursday about ordering my daughters 1st birthday gift , which I decided to get the black Range Rover . It was ready for pick up quickly , everything was in the package in perfect condition. The customer service was perfect I was able to call and ask questions with a quick response . Be sure to check them out !

Bought my son the range rover over 3 weeks ago. Didn't hear from them for 2 weeks even though I paid for shipping in 3 to 7 days. Once I contacted them they said inventory problems and It would be looked at early next week. Still haven't heard from them. If this isn't a scam why not update your customers to delays and keep them informed? Why charge for shipping times you can't provide? It will be a miracle if I get the car I ordered. I will update this review accordingly.Update: Now the email doesn't work

The expansive store is beautifully filled with modern popular toys as well as Luxe Cars For Kids' own homemade wooden toys and even offers a charming toy museum.The staff is incredibly friendly and they truly care about the customer's happiness.I will continue to bring my family here to support Luxe Cars For Kids and can't wait to return!

ZERO stars for nonexistent customer service and zero product received. This company was responsive until the transaction was complete. Now they avoid contact or ignore calls and emails. I purchased a $900 kids car in March 2021 and now in August 2021, no product has been received. They continually made excuses as to why there were delays. I asked for a refund a week ago and opened a PayPal claim and no response. They have bots for fake reviews. All of the Facebook accounts display pictures are Google images with the same 2 or 3 upload dates. They delete negative comments on Instagram. There are numerous complaints about not receiving product or faulty cars on their reviews. Soon after any negative reviews they flood their Google or Facebook with bot reviews to bring up their rating. I want a full refund from these criminals.
