Rv Generator Generac 2011 6.5kw. Motor working but no electric output. They spot the problem who fried the voltage regulator module. It need rotor and stator but Generac stop producing them 6 years ago. They have to remove the generator out of my class A gas motorhome to test the rotor and stator.Finally because Generac doesn't produce new parts, I decide to change for a new one that wasn't available in Lethbridge.They are professional, easy to talk and very logic. They never push me to take any decision. Top of that the bill for removing, opening and testing the broken was really logic and low. What a good service. I highly recommend this place for their honesty and trying to find the right solution.

I dropped off an item that I hoped could be fixed as I very much dislike throwing anything remotely useful into the landfill. I no sooner got home than I got a phone call to say that my item was fixed and ready to be picked up! I was shocked at how quickly my issue was remedied and that it could be remedied at all. A very big Thanks to the staff at Hagen Electric. I highly recommend this business an will use their service again, if needed.

Took my drill in for a repair estimate. My experience started when I walked in and spoke with the employee behind the desk. He was speaking with me when the phone rang. He excused himself to answer it and instead of putting the person on hold to continue helping me he had a length conversation with the person who was obviously a friend as they weren't talking about tool repairs. Another employee sat beside him writing on some papers until the original one finally finished his conversations and returned to help me.I left my drill and almost a month later finally received a call back. I was told the repairs would cost more than a new drill. I was asked if I wanted the broken drill back or if I wanted to have it thrown away (needless to say I didn't want it back).I received a call 2 week later advising that I owed money for the estimate on the repair cost. I was obviously shocked and asked why I would have an outstanding bill for an estimate" on a repair fee. The women told me that they had to put time into getting and estimate and that I was responsible for paying for it. I asked why no one told me up front that there would've a fee when I only requested an estimate and was told that it was common sense that there would be a fee. I explained that I was not going to be paying a bill as I never been informed their would be one or even requested that any repairs be conducted. She threatened to get her manager and I told her to go ahead as I still wouldn't be paying them for work I did not authorize. Needless to say next time I need repairs done I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poor customer service and very poor business practice."

Went down with my worn out 5hp compressor motor. They called I spoke to Keegan. He said it was shorted out. Asked for a price which was good. Went to pay and they Lowered the price while I was waiting to pay. No hassles honest and and helpful crew Thanks
