Had a great experience with Naz and Terry. The crew completed an emergency repair over the weekend due to collapsed sewer drain pipe. They were very clean and professional. Highly recommend them.

We had 3 companies provide us with quotes; (one company charged us for their quote and that company was the worst); Naz was different from the very beginning; he was the only one who spent time outside checking out where the city sewer system is located relative to our home BEFORE coming in and meeting with us. One company told us the valve would be in our laundry room; one company said it would be in our basement office; Naz was correct; the valve is located in our furnace room; he thoroughly described and showed us why the valve would be in our furnace room; Naz clearly understands this work and he and his team provided a professional installation from start to finish. Naz explained the process so that we would have a clear understanding of what the procedure involved, the cost, the length of time the work would take (less than a day); how long the permitting process with the City would be, what maintenance would be required after the installation was complete and what to do when a heavy storm begins. He stayed in touch with the City to keep the permitting process moving along, and always made sure we knew what was happening as permitting can take a few months. He handled all the paperwork involved from start to finish. The day of the install had a minimum of fuss and the clean up was great. I highly recommend Naz and his team. I will contact Canadian Rooter again if I require work completed in my home.

Nazareth and his team did a fantastic job with the installation of a back water valve at my home. The complex job had to be done on the outside of the house and they took care in removing my plants which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Since we bought our home in 2015, our basement was subjected to the horrific smell of sewer gas every time it rained. We called several plumbers who had no idea what the problem was and wasted time and in some cases charged fees despite accomplishing nothing. Very happy with the work Canadian Rooter did with our sewer line. We had a pretty severe tree root problem that resulted in the whole sewer line needing to be dug out and replaced.Naz and his team were extremely efficient. They took care of everything to do with the issue, not just the digging and the installation. They cleared space, filed permits, submitted forms to the insurance company, and even filing for a backwater valve rebate from the city of Toronto.They know their stuff. Whenever I had questions, Naz was very good about getting back to me quickly. The team worked hard, they got the job done quickly, and the final result was top notch.
