I recently cracked the back glass of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ve called around to a few places for prices and such and some wouldn’t even take on the challenge of replacing the glass on the back. The issue being the wireless charging could be affected. I came to Tic Tech In Milton from Oakville because they were so kind on the phone as well as the cost was more than reasonable. They made me aware of the possible issues that could take place with replacing the back (the wireless charger may not work due to the factory attachment to the casing. Feeling confident with their transparency and now knowing the worst case scenario, I agreed. They had my phone back to me within 24 hours and it’s working like a dream. Wireless charging’s working and everything. I couldn’t be happier! I will be recommending this place to friends and family and coming to them myself in future. Thank you so much for taking care of me and fixing my phone!

Tik Tech was instrumental in helping me retrieve and transfer all of my important files and data from my current broken Samsung A70 to my new Samsung S9 cell phone. Now I can happily use my S9 with all of my previous data as normal. I was helped with superior customer service in a timely manner. Hats off for Aftab for getting me out of the mess I was in. I went to my usual repair shop to cut a sim card for a new phone as I have been using the same sim card for years that has an unusual shape. The people at my usual shop said they could not do it, so I discovered Tik Tech which was just right around the corner and they were able to do it for me in one shot. It saved me a lot of time and money too as I would have had to go to my phone carrier shop and buy a new sim card which would be annoying to activate

I went to get my phone fixed @ another location in Milton & had to go back 3 more times after the initial pick-up as my phone had more issues after he had fixed" it. After numerous google solutions & running back & fourth to my first tech

I had a charging port that needed to be replaced and not only was it fixed within under half the time other stores estimated, it was also the most reasonably priced out of the 6 stores i called. They even worked past closing hours to ensure i had my device back as soon as possible. Friendly service, great communication and fast results.

Avoid if you are purchasing a phone here. Tried to tell me that his used refurbished iPhone mini with a clearly cheap after market screen replacement did not have a replaced battery even though the battery was at 100% health (which is impossible no matter what he tells you). They also tried to charge my mom above market price for it and called it a discount when it clearly wasn't even worth anywhere near that. Instantly found the same near mint condition phone online for cheaper at multiple locations after a quick google search.

Very good service. I went their for fixing my phone charging port and he fix that in few minutes. I appreciate for his work and knowledge. Even he did not charge for small stuff so I highly recommend this store.
