I mean it's subway. But I've never been to this location and it was extremely clean and everything from the bread to the pickles tasted amazingly fresh. Will definitely be back when in the area!!

These people working could not have given any less f@(ks if they had tried. Took forever for someone to come out once I arrived, and when they did finally come out, did almost the exact opposite of what I asked them to do with my subs. And the one was pretty light on stuff to boot! Must have been the B-squad working tonight, as I've usually had a pretty good experience at any other times of the day I've gone.

I experienced the poorest customer service today. I have been a customer at this particular branch for more than a year and the way I was treated today was so bad. I complained about the quantity of fillings I was getting, (it was a new person and the quantity was little compared to what i have gotten in the past). The lady who normally sell to me was called and she insisted it was the same quantity. I accepted, when i realized they were not going to do anything about it, but I told them I was not happy about it. Then the lady told me I had the option of not buying, i was so shocked she could say that, i had to walk out. I have been a regular for more than a year! That will be my last time at their doorstep.

I wouldn’t recommend this subway, I went there to get a sub the guy was half way done making it walked over to the paper towel dispenser blew his nose while still wearing his gloves comes back and resumes making my sub without washing his hands. I made a complaint to the “operations manager” if that’s what you would call her. Writes me back and doesn’t even offer a compensation since I did pay for the sub and when I got home tossed it in the garage. This so called operations manager should get a new job because she so incompetent to fill that roll when she can’t even handle a customer complaint properly.

I wish could give zero star. Worse experience with this subway. Ordered online, went for pickup, less toppings though mentioned “more” during order. Sub looks slim such as no toppings added, advised to add more tomatoes, however i couldn’t seen a single slice of tomatoes in any of my 2 subs. I doubt for one sauce as it was test like pasta sauce. Never advise to visit this store.

Skimpy toppings. I decided to try a rice bowl since I had a coupon. I got 4 of the tiniest tomato slices so I asked for more. They were the size of a loonie. There was so little in my bowl, so I asked, is it like the sandwich where you can ask for more veggies? She said yes" so I asked for more lettuce. My bowl wasn't even half full. I was too embarrassed to ask for more. It wasn't filling at all. I think it is this location.Then I presented my $2 off and the till wouldn't accept it. I asked "so there's nothing you can do for me then"? No
