Very friendly, fast & professional customer service. Assisted in getting our trailer hooked up to my vehicle, and made sure all was in working order before I left the lot with it.

Booked a time to pick up a truck and trailer, gave my credit card details to hold the reservation spot just for it to not be available when I needed it. I do not recommend Uhaul as they might not have what they promised you

Super accommodating! Flexed my truck dates for me which was a huge help. Friendly and polite staff. Would certainty use them again if needed.

No problem returning a trailer over two months ago. I'm giving 4 stars because they were very friendly and easy to deal with when I dropped off the trailer a couple months back.

Left me stranded. I wish 0 stars was an option.I book a 15ft truck a week in advance online and selected the 24hr pick-up option. I was coming from Calgary and had a bus ticket purchased. The plan was to pick up the U-haul at 9pm, load that night and leave for Calgary in the morning. I had a very specific time window that I had to move into my new condo in Calgary or there would be a $200.00 fine.24hrs prior to me jumping on a Greyhound bus to come down to Lethbridge I received a call from this location. The lady on the phone was calling to confirm my pick up time. I gave her my reservation number and explained that I was picking up the U-Haul at 9pm. She then preceded to tell me that a pick up time at 9pm was a possibility as they close by 6pm. I explained to her that I selected the 24hr mobile pick up as it showed on my reservation. She explained to me that this location did not support that feature and I would have to be there before 6pm. I was furious and told her that was not a possibility as I was working on Saturday in Calgary and had planned to come after work. I asked if I could grab the U-Haul the following morning. That store did not open until 9AM and that would not work. I ended the call with her, calmed down, then called back to try and sort the matter out. Upon calling back I dealt with a different gentleman who was very helpful and was trying to help me out. Right before I thought we may have saved the situation he asked me what size truck I reserved. At which point he explained they did not have a 15ft truck like I requested and the next sized truck available was DOUBLE the price. I explained to him that my reservation was for a 15ft truck and I would not pay DOUBLE for U-Haul's error. There was nothing he could do.....Long story short, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!

Staff was amazing and trailer was cheap to rent and did us perfectly thank again will come again

I booked on line. when we showed up to pick up uhaul the employee was prob the best customer service i have ever received at a uhal in the past. He also had all the extras i wanted ready for use aswell. It prob took use 15 min from when we pulled up till we pulled off the lot with the uhaul it usually take like a hr and usually kinda painful but this experience was golden thanks you uhaul..
