My experience with this company has been extremely wonderful and tremendous. I have never wanted to live in an high rising apartment building due to having to deal with different kinds of issues such as noise pollution and so on. However, A family friend that lives here referred me to this awesome and amazing property. I moved in almost a year ago and words alone cant express how i feel to have taken the step to start living here. The appartment building is very clean and peaceful. Staffs are hardworking and welcoming. Any issues forwarded to them will be resolved promptly even if it is my responsibility to fix it. Kudo to the peeps behind this project. Thank you!

Love my apartment here. Spacious, clean and everyone is warm and friendly. :) Even my dog enjoys the terrain outside.

I have been living here since 2 years ago. The building is always clean and the office staff are always patient and friendly. Any complain will be responsed promptly. The building is close to the highway entrance form which you can reach Ottawa downtown in just 10 mins. Very convenient! There is a very good CPE nearby. It is a very good place for the young family.

Good building. A bit pricey but very safe and convenient

En pleine période de Cov19 j’ai reçu un appel, à ma grande surprise il s’agissait du gestionnaire du building qui nous appelaient pour prendre de nous nouvelles durant cette période très stressante.C’était un petit geste mais cela nous a beaucoup toucher.

I’m living at Cite des Jeunes and the building is always super clean and the employees are nice and welcoming. They are quick for any inquiries and easy renting process.

Terrible cutomer service they dont take care of building or follow covid restrictions
