Just ordered chicken cravel, both buns were completely burnt. Since it was wrapped in paper didn't noticed until got back. Do not recommend!

The employees at work at this Tim Hortons are extremely respectful and polite and prepare your order as soon as I can. This Tim’s in the hospital is extremely busy and constantly pumping out orders sometimes they get behind but that’s completely acceptable given the environment. 5/5 for the food and the quality of the customer service

Please read the orders on screen!! I had asked for no tomato and watched as one was put on my sandwich then removed as if I wouldn't taste it had been on there.I also ask for no ice in an ice coffee and somehow that seems to allude most tim Hortons locations. It's so simple. READ THE PROMPT!!

I come here for coffee when I don't have the chance to make one myself. Due to staffing turnover, poor layout, and the volume of customers; the service is atrocious. The kitchenette where they prepare meals is tiny it's hard for them to make food with diligence.

Let’s start with the positives. The guys are nice.Let’s move on the negatives. There are many. First off grinds in the bottom of my iced coffee? Okay. Second, stale, uncut, barely toasted bagel. Third, no napkins. Fourth, the employees don’t seem very passionate about their jobs.

Very slow staff, waiting for my coffee for good 20 min, they absolutely don't care, lost my break waiting...BTW you are able to read trough this coffee, that's how strong this is....

They haven't been able to make a single correct coffee over the past 10 purchases. In addition, double toasted bagels aren't even passable as being toasted a single time. Terrible quality of products from here.

They need to make an employee line for quicker service. I’m there daily and often waste more than half my break waiting in line for an incorrect order, confusion at the till or waiting for the order, and often feeling nauseous with prepared sandwiches. Sometimes it’s just not worth the wait!Please read the room Timmy’s….a good portion of your customers are employees or patients going to procedures…ie. Dialysis or breaks.We are time sensitive

Talk about being rude to a customer. The lady making my breakfast must have been in a lovely mood cause Ms. Happy was complaining about the fact I was in the wrong line and suggested the server make me move over rather rudely. Laughable when there's no one in any other line. I'll stand where I please, just get my coffee and breakfast that I paid for. If they don't like that then I'll get it from Louisa St instead next time.
