Top notch service from the second you walk through the door. I went in to get my Rolex serviced and also spoke with Weaam about my next purchase. She was so helpful and kind, most important she was looking at the process from my perspective (not theirs) I find many Rolex stores don’t give you the attention needed for this type of purchase … but not here.Highly recommend making your Rolex purchase through this store. Weaam was a highly knowledgeable Rolex pro, and extremely respectful at the same time.Pat

I inherited my mother’s wedding diamond ring and I took it to Humbertown Jewellers to have it redesigned and reset. I was introduced to Darren and he personally took me through the process of consultation, design, wax and final product. It was an utterly positive experience—he was supportive, insightful, creative, and attentive. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I think my mom would have liked it too.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the brand, and they took the time to explain the history and craftsmanship behind each watch. They also helped me find the perfect for watch for my dad. The store itself was beautifully designed and created an atmosphere of luxury and elegance. I was impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the store, from the decor to the packaging of my purchase. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the Rolex store to anyone looking for a high-quality luxury watch.

We have had great experiences at Humbertown Jewellers. The staff have been patient and exceptional.Vivian has been looking after us since our first visit and has been nothing short of professional. She is very knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and explained the various brands to us. They have a great selection of watches and were very efficient in repairing an old timepiece of ours as well.It was a pleasure to also talk to the owner, Mr. Tecimer, who was very insightful and shared interesting stories about watches.We look forward to going back and we highly recommend Humbertown.

I had the most amazing experience at this location. From my first interaction with Brand Associate and Graduate Gemologist Darren to completion of my purchase with Aiko. They took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for as well as going through multiple fittings with me to make sure I would love my Rolex timepiece once it arrived. The store is very welcoming, and all the staff are warm and inviting. As a person of colour I loved the Diversity and Inclusion of this store and cannot wait to continue to do business with them. So many brands to choose from with all the staff being very knowledgeable on their product offering.
