I was going to say everything that has happened to me with purchasing a vehicle at this dealership but it would be two long to read. All I have to say is buyer beware I'm still dealing with issues with my truck since December and they have washed there hands from it. Do not buy from this place I have never been so stressed out about purchasing a vehicle and your supposed to be happy with buying a new vehicle but I have been miserable for months now. My truck has been in the shop more than I have drove it. Stay away

Seriously think they sold my number to someone because after the deal fell through I’ve been getting scam texters. Obviously could be wrong, but I definitely wouldn’t trust anyone who would use family to message customers. Don’t do business with them.

From the day I called ernie to the day I was driving this beauty was about 3 days. Called him on my way from bc back to alberta in need of a newer more reliable car, told him the color and make I wanted and within 24 hours we were on our way to look at this. 2 days later I had financing.... I literally went and picked it up from the persons house as it hadn't even gotten to his lot yet. Ernie went above and beyond to get me this thing in the small time frame I have when I'm home (4 days) I will definitely be going to ernie again for a car next year!!!

Hussein Thawer was amazing to deal with! He answered every question I had promptly with patience and total professionalism. He truly cared about my needs and did everything to accommodate them and got me just what I was looking for. I fully recommend seeing him as he went above and beyond., it's nice to find a place and person who truly cares and isn't about just making a buck! God bless

I recently purchased a vehicle from gateway. Ernie, his Junior Salesman" Levi & John were exceptional. The whole experience was very seamless. Ernie is an honest and upfront gentleman.Some of these negative reviews I'm seeing just seem to be from folks that are "sour grapes". I would encourage anyone interested in buying a vehicle to just talk to this man and get to know him and his Team. I am sure you will have the same experience as I did. I know shady people

They were quick to find me a vehicle to suit my needs but not so quick to answer me back when I notice the vehicle has damage and things not working the way they should be. But like any dealership, they dont care once the sale is made.It was delivered in the dark at -28 so it wasn't noticed upon delivery.

Lorrenzio is the biggest scam artist going. He overcharged me and stole my money. Loan was through lendcare, I never saw the whole borrowed amount after some $2000 accessory which I know nothing about and he claimed my GST and kept it leaving me to pay it myself out of pocket. I am sure like many others with lesser credit I was in a bind to buy immediately and shame on me for not paying closer attention to the dealings of a shady used car salesman. And this man walked away with nearly an extra $5000 of my money.
