Got a flat tire on my rental and didn't want to drive back to Banff to get it looked at by the rental company.Got to Kal Tire first thing in the morning and they got to work on it right away. 20 minutes later, I was on my way.Friendly and professional service! Highly recommended!

I was travelling through on my way to Kelowna when our truck broke down, they were able to get us in and run all over town trying to get us back on the road which they did. These guys will earn my business for life and anyone else I know travelling through!!! Keep up the amazing work.

50 star service! Popped a trailer tire at the gas station around the corner. Local directed us to Kaltire. We arrived moments after they closed and received compassionate, prompt service! Back on the road in no time. THANK YOU!!!

I was passing through town and need tires soon, I got a quote here then went to 3 other tire shops. I got better prices at 2 of those shops, but not better customer service. I drove back 2hrs to get the better service. Raven is an expert and knows about tires. I would come back here again.

It's been an hour... they holding us for no reason...it's not even the breakfast or lunch hour (11AM)... TOO LATE... THEY WASTE YOUR TIME FOR NO REASON. THEY WASTING OUR TIME I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY'LL TREAT YOU BUT MY EXPERIENCE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO SATISFACTION. guys coming out and go back by seeing you that you still there or moved on lol.They gonna make you suffer if you're trucker.

Our family was on a road trip from Edmonton and our breaks decided they had, had enough.Raven and the team at Kaltire were incredible. We thought we may have to change our plans to wait for the work (if the work could even be done) instead, they did fit us in and get the work done, and under the time they thought it would take.Amazing! We had lunch, enjoyed walking around Golden and back on the road. Thank you to the Kaltire team fortheir kindness and work to keep our holiday on track. A special shout out to Raven. Her customer service was excellent and she made all the difference the moment we walked into the the Kaltire shop.

I want to apologize to the Kal-Tire team that saved our butt last August for not posting my review earlier. We were travelling from Kelowna to Ottawa in a new sports car and we limped into Kal-Tire in the morning of 19 Aug. We were on a tight schedule and they quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement for the “run-flat”. Magically they found a match in another location and had it FedExed the following day. They also coordinated the payment with the Car Dealer who installed the tire improperly. This team in Golden are rockstars! The compassion, the care, the expertise and the inventory was extraordinary. It was huge morale boost to get this resolved so effectively at the start of an epic cross Canada drive. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart!

When our car broke down in Golden the staff went out of their way to get us back on the road as quick as possible. Nice to see that this type of service still exists.
