Dr. Jessa is a knowledgable, caring doctor who goes out of her way to give thorough, easy to understand explanations. I live a long distance from her now but happily travel to get her outstanding care. Additionally her staff is friendly, efficient and helpful.

My husband and I brought our 2 kids (12yr/7yr old) to Stouffville Eye Care this week and everyone was so fantastic! They were welcoming, friendly, and patient(with the kids)- good with the kids too. The front staff truly make the first impression and you ladies were great! The design staff was also very helpful, she made my sons day figuring out how to get everything he wanted in the lenses we wanted for him (non-breakable). We had a great visit with Dr. Abby. Dr. Abby was patient, welcoming, knowledgeable and she explained everything very clearly to each of us (we all need glasses)Thank you for making our families first check up in a little while so happy/fun.Highly Recommend.

My son has seen Dr Jessa since he was 2. Very honest, sweet and detailed. She knows how to keep the kids calm and engaged.Also, my son lost his glasses while we were on vacation. We emailed Stouffville Family Eye Care and Dr Jessa approved everything immediately so by the time we were back we only had to wait a few days and he had a new pair ready for him.

Dr.Agarawal was the the optometrist that diagnosed my keratacconus and I have been with her ever since. She’s been with me through cross linking surgery and now with scleral lenses. She ensures she has a perfect fit and that I feel comfortable leaving her office. She doesn’t hesitate to answer all of my many questions. Honestly because of her I can see clearly, the fit of my scleral lenses is perfect and she is the only person I trust with my eyes and lenses.

Both Dr. Agarwal & Dr. Jessa are fantastic, and so are the staff. My daughter and I have been coming here for the last 7 years, and we've always had the best experience and care for our vision needs. I highly recommend Stouffville Family Eye Care!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stouffville Family Eye Care and I must say, the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were all incredibly professional and knowledgeable.In particular, I would like to give a special mention to Afsi, who assisted me throughout my appointment. She was incredibly friendly, personable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. Her expertise in the field was clear and she went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.
