Fantastic service! Friendliest and most accommodating staff who offered to stay a bit late so I could pick my car up after work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their vehicle. They also clean the interior of your car before returning it to you! A++

I had an incredible experience at this auto body shop. I got into a car accident and they fixed it beautifully. It required a lot of work and the shop took the time to make sure every minute detail was fixed to perfection. The manager Rob went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything in the vehicle and did whatever he could to assist with the insurance company and rental car. I highly recommend for any issues to attend this auto body shop.

They fixed a smashed window and the adjoining damage to the frame of it for us, very quickly and efficiently-even detailing the car. Jessica helped deal with the insurance company and the staff members were all so kind with my Nonna :)

So grateful to Rob and Jessica for taking me on a walk-in to secure a new mirror that was damaged in a hit and run. Their understanding and kindness was above and beyond. Would highly recommend these guys. They went above & beyond for me. I took my 98' 540i BMW here for a few touch ups and body work & could not be happier with the finished product. The car is my baby and im very picky so that says a lot. Friendly people working there too. Don't hesitate to book with them if you are thinking to.

Having to repair your own vehicle never feels good, but the team at FIX at Wentworth and Burlington made it about as good of an experience as you could hope for. The manager Rob took a look at my car right away and gave me honest, informative advice on the options I had for repair and Jessica (?) at the desk was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. As someone who grew up working in their family’s shop, I didn’t have to talk with the staff long to know that it was a straight-shooting, quality shop. Even with a tricky color like black, my Focus came out looking amazing after taking some serious damage to my passenger door and doesn’t stand out as repaired against my weathered paint. Their estimated price was very accurate and they actually appeared to have fixed some areas on my fender that weren’t directly related to the damage I had quoted. I’m pretty sure they even set my tire pressures.If you’re reading this and wondering if you should give them a shot, stop thinking about it and just go see them. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks a ton guys! Hopefully I don’t need more body work, but if I do, I’ll be back.

I got into an accident where I was hit really badly in a parking lot and I was really upset and anxious about getting repairs done on my car as I have had negative experiences at past shops. When I arrived at Fix Auto my mind was put at ease! All the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and were happy to answer every question I had. As you can see from the photos they did an excellent job! I almost got emotional when I saw my car as it looks so much better than it did even before this accident. I also wanted to say how extremely trustworthy the employees are as I forgot a whole array of valuables and money in my car and nothing was moved around and in the same exact place it came in. I am so impressed with the work that was done, I hope this situation never happens again, but if it does, this shop will be my absolute number one choice place to go by a long shot!!!

I am very pleased with the service and repairs done to my vehicle. There were little extra touch-ups done that I never expected including cleaning my car inside and out! Everyone from the office staff, to the repair specialists made it clear that Fix Auto and employees really take pride in their work and make their clients, like me, so grateful.
