Very strange experience. I bought a toy on their website for my nieces birthday. It said it was in stock so I selected curb side pickup. I got the order confirmation and it said they’ll email me when it’s ready for pickup. They were closed the day I ordered it so I waited a few days but no one contacted me. So today, I called them. Note that it is TWO days before my nieces birthday. The lady on my phone says the reason they didn’t email me is because it’s sold out but they anticipate getting it in stock next week. Not sure why they sell out of stock items and don’t update you. Now I have to hope I can find it elsewhere before the birthday.

Ordered item in May as it stated it was in stock and ready to ship within a few days. Didn't receive item until August! I needed it for son's birthday in July. I emailed them twice. They responded the first time that there was a delay. When I emailed them again about not receiving the item, my emails went unanswered. I had to drive to their location to find out the status of my item. Very poor customer service. It shouldn't take 2.5 months to receive an item that is in stock.
